I have been through so many eye doctors to be able to wear contacts lenses for decades. None have helped me as much as Dr Raj Arora has whose specialty is custom lenses with astigmatism and much more. I can see far, near, and computer use with so comfort and clarity of vision. Dr Arora is so compassionate about truly being concerned about his patients eye needs and honing in to resolve issues. A very kind person who loves his purpose is life.

I've been coming to Dr. Arora for 17 years! I have always had astigmatism and over the years, Dr. Raj has helped stabilize and maintain my vision. I can comfortably even wear glasses now aside from my contacts. It is absolutely worth the drive from Dallas to Prosper because I know I will be getting a thorough, informative eye exam from someone who genuinely cares for my eyes. Dr. Raj takes his time to explain his thinking and observations and will detail for you his plan to help support your eye health. If you love personalized, transparent service...this is for you! It is worth investing the time and money on something so important as your eyes. Will continue to come here and follow Dr. Raj wherever he goes!

Was hoping to have a great experience as other reviewers have shared. However, my prescriptions for my eyeglasses are not satisfactory. I asked to return for a quick check to redo my prescriptions so that I could get my glasses re-made. I was told I would need to pay for a whole new visit since I didn't purchase glasses through them. Most eye doctors will give you a recheck at no extra charge within a certain timeframe of your eye exam. My eye exam was waste since I can't use the written eyeglass prescriptions to get glasses made that work for me.
*I did not get eyeglasses through their office. Their prices are high, the selection is small, and there is no refund if the glasses don't work well. So I opted to get high quality digital lenses made elsewhere*

I'm really glad this eye clinic opened in Prosper. The doctor is genuinely great, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and he spends plenty of time making sure everything is explained clearly. You can tell he really loves what he does.
What impressed me most was the turnaround time. All the well-known chains and even the boutique places in Plano and Frisco told me it would take about two weeks to get new glasses. Here, I went in on Monday and had my glasses perfectly polished and ready by Friday. That kind of speed and quality is rare.
Highly recommend this place, and I'll be bringing my husband here for his next exam.

I have been a patient of Dr. Arora for many years and am completely satisfied with the service he provides. His examination is more than the basic look at the eye chart and wear these glasses/contacts. He performs a complete exam with a detailed explanation of your vision from imaging of the back of your eye, checking eye pressure and of course getting you to your corrected vision. When he prescribed me multifocal contacts it was the best thing I didn't know I needed replacing the monovison system I was accustomed to (1 for far & the other near). I can't recommend Dr. Arora enough to anyone that wants to a true complete exam of their vision.
