I had a wonderful experience at socialeyes . The entire visit was smooth and welcoming from start to finish. I had my eye exam with the new optometrist, Dr. Dugas, and she was fantastic--very thorough, professional, and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the appointment feel comfortable and not rushed. I also really appreciated the extra level of customer service from the team. I wasn't able to make it back to the office to pick up my glasses, and they kindly overnighted them to me with a thoughtful handwritten note. That small gesture truly meant a lot and shows how much they care about their patients. Great service, great doctor, and a great overall experience. I highly recommend this location!

Dr. Dugas has been my optometrist for years and I was sad to hear she relocated to Prosper. Although not having her in the Keller area is a real bummer, I didn't hesitate once to make the commute out to Prosper to continue as her patient. Prosper and the surrounding area is so blessed and fortunate to have such a caring, energetic and professional eye doctor relocate to the community.
