I had a wonderful experience today thanks to Chris! He was very patient with me and helped me choose the perfect frames that I will love wearing! He thoroughly explained everything and made the process of choosing glasses super easy and stress free.

The staff here is amazing! Willing to go the extra mile to assist! Had a great experience. The choices of frames could be better but it will get the job done !

Shout out to Chris and the rest of the staff here, their customer service is top notch! Went in with my son this past weekend to get frames for him and everyone was so kind and helpful. Chris in particular went above and beyond what we came in for and the lady whose name I didn't catch helped fix my prescription sunglasses which was missing a screw. Thank you for a pleasant experience, it's making a difference!

Mardin at the Prosper, TX location was super helpful. She helped me to maximize my insurance benefits while still getting the type of glasses that I really wanted. The process was fast and easy. Highly recommended!

The people working in here are nice, they just seem like they have absolutely no idea what they're doing. First, after my eye exam next door I came in to order contacts. There was a new girl and the system was being funny I guess but I was standing there for easily 45+ minutes while they kept trying to put in my contacts order. It finally gets done, I pay, and they say my contacts should arrive to my house within a couple weeks. 2 weeks go by and my contacts haven't arrived to my house. I call and was told to give it another week because orders have been delayed. Another week later I go in and they discover that the contacts were never actually ordered! She re places the order and takes my invoice so she can put in my address. I go next door to get another trial pair. 2 more weeks go by and I still haven't received them. I call again. I am told my contacts are in store and that I need to come pick them up, even though they were supposed to be delivered to my house. Today (after about 6 weeks total) I finally go pick them up and I come home to submit a rebate form and it requires a picture of the invoice that I never got back from them. So I had to call to request my invoice. I just feel like I shouldn't have to go in 3 times and call multiple times to get one contact order.

I love Mardin (hope I spelled that right!). Even though it was just 20 minutes before closing, she made sure to take care of me all the way to the end. She's always so willing to answer any of my questions, and she even fixed my sunglasses that I bought in Spain. I really love the service here!
