We had a wonderful experience at Bright Eyes Richardson - Dr. Diana Trinh was amazing with my 9-year-old son -- very kind, patient, and thorough. Patty, the tech who helped both me and my son, was also great and made everything easy to understand. The other doctor who assisted me, Dr.Frampton was also very knowledgeable and professional. From the front desk to the exam room, every staff member was friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

My daughters ages (6, 8, & 10 years old) visited Dr. Diana Trinh. she was incredibly kind and patient making them feel at ease. She explained every step of the process to my daughters, assuring them that there was nothing to worry about. The front desk staff was also very welcoming. We had had negative experiences in the past. However, Dr. Trinh and her staff made us feel completely comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Trinh and her staff to any moms with kids who are looking to be evaluated by an optometrist!

Great doctors I was seen by Dr. Diana Trinh she was awesome and friendly and immediately I felt like my prescription was better and answered my worries completely (She my bday twinn ) and my mom was seen by Dr.Frampton? He was awesome and friendly too she also felt like her prescription was right unlike another optical we went to see that we didn't feel like the prescriptions were right and the office was clean and fast too

My parents saw Dr. Diana Trinh and only said great things. They were very impressed that she could speak Vietnamese and was very professional and knowledgeable about their conditions. The Vietnamese front staff was also very kind to them. They have never felt as cared for and heard as they did at this clinic. I was not able to go with them, but from how happy they were I feel confident in the care they got. Thank you Dr. Diana Trinh for treating my parents with kindness. Highly recommend.

Dr. Frampton is so nice and friendly! My son feels completely comfortable with him, and we've seen great results -- his myopia has stayed stable after a big jump last summer. We also talked about how screen time can affect eyesight, and without feeling pressured, my son agreed to cut back on his iPad use. Dr. Frampton really takes the time to explain and care. The front office staff is also really nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!
