I want to specifically recognize Lindy for outstanding customer service and professionalism. I came in to pick up a pair of smart glasses that I was genuinely excited about. I had placed the order on the 5th and initially thought the price seemed unusually low for smart glasses, but I trusted the process. When I went to pick them up--after being sent to another location--I discovered the glasses were incorrect, and the order had clearly gone sideways. At that point, this could have turned into a frustrating, drawn-out experience. Instead, Lindy took ownership of the situation immediately. She listened carefully, acknowledged the inconvenience without defensiveness, and worked efficiently to correct the error. Not only was the issue resolved, but she also extended a discount to account for the trouble and time involved. What stood out most was not just that the problem was fixed, but how it was handled--with respect, accountability, and genuine concern for the customer experience. In an environment where many large companies deflect responsibility, Lindy did the opposite. She made it right. Mistakes happen. What matters is how they are handled. Lindy handled this one the right way, and because of her, I will continue doing business with MyEyeDoctor. Highly recommend asking for Lindy if you visit this location.

Front desk is terrible at their job! Called the front desk to know if the email address is on their website so that I could send the office the certificate for sample contacts. Her response is "may be" and no follow up. Asked her to give me their email ID, she mumbled it in a second. I asked her to repeat it, there is long pause and then she gives the wrong email address. After an hour called back again to confirm if she received the email. Her response is "NO". Do your job or find something else that you can do, woman!

My new favorite location. Dr. Is very helpful and thorough. They helped me get the new frames and features I wanted and save a little money. Top notch crew!

Excellent experience again at this Richardson vision provider. Dr Black is always professional and a quality doctor. Receptionists are kind and helpful, even gave me helpful feedback as I chose my frame. Assistant Manager, Kenny, is so very helpful and patient and kind and made a perfect adjustment on my glasses to help me correct an issue I had. These folks treat customers with respect and care through and through. I will be coming back! Highly recommend!

Dr Black was recommended by a friend of mine. I am not disappointed with her suggestion. My first experience with was with his office staff who were welcoming and friendly. My comprehensive exam was efficient and professional. Dr Black built a rapport with me which instantly calmed my nerves. My prescription needed to be updated, so I purchased frames and lenses, and was pleasantly surprised by affordability. My new glasses will be here in a couple weeks! Thanks

I have been seeing drDr. Black now for many years. I highly recommend him.

This is the second time I've been here. The comprehensive eye exam was average overall but the end was weird. I asked Dr. Shaikh if my pupillary distance would be on my prescription and she said the guy who took my payment would know. I asked him and he said it would be a liability to tell me if I wasn't purchasing my glasses from the clinic. Not very comprehensive if they wouldn't even include my PD. Other eye doctors have included this information on my past prescriptions regardless of where I bought my glasses; good thing I kept those to reference if needed.
