America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

America's Best has been our go-to for years -- all of my kids wear glasses, and this location has been amazing every single time. The manager is truly outstanding and always goes above and beyond to be helpful, patient, and accommodating. From appointments to picking out frames, the experience is always smooth and stress-free. We're so grateful to have a team we can trust and highly recommend this location to other families!

I'm updating my review because we were finally notified yesterday that our glasses are ready. I'm giving two stars due to the poor communication throughout this process. It took over three weeks to receive the glasses, and we only got answers because we consistently followed up ourselves. There were no proactive updates, no status calls, and no clear timeline provided. Each time we contacted the store, we were told there was no additional information available. My advice to new customers at this location: be persistent. Don't wait for a call -- you will likely need to follow up repeatedly to get updates. We'll see how the pickup experience goes today and will reassess if needed.

I'm extremely happy with my new glasses! The quality feels premium, the fit is comfortable for all-day wear, and the lenses are crystal clear. I've received multiple compliments on the style, and they've made a huge difference in my vision. Ordering was simple, shipping was fast, and the packaging was well done. I especially want to thank the amazing staff Nkechi, Ayo, and Star for their outstanding customer service. They're the real reason I can see so clearly now, and I'm truly grateful for their help. Highly recommend to anyone looking for both style and function in their eyewear!

Awesome service. Quick turnaround. I had to come back in for a quick adjustment and they are polite, fun, and professional.

This 1 star review is for their online "service". I ordered my contacts after they did my eye exam and on the day I'm expecting to receive them, they never show up. I check on the website and it says my order was canceled. No call, no email, no nothing. So I call and apparently there was a "glitch" and it was canceled by accident. Yeah, ok. So the guy reorder's my contacts, and on the day they are to be delivered.....nothing, again. So I check the website and it says "prescription pending verification". Well, I got my eyes checked through them, so there should be no pending anything. So I call....again, and this time the guy that placed my order for me on the phone ordered the wrong contacts and the system wouldn't allow it to go thorough. So, in the meantime, I've got no glasses, no contacts, nothing, and I'm blind as a bat, can't even drive in so blind.

Excellent service, quick results, and beautiful warm staff! Will definitely be coming back for my glasses here again!
