The optometrist side of the business lacks bedside manner, in particular the receptionist. She just motioned the opening time without regard like I'm a mindreader or a mime. It was less than 10 minutes before opening, and I clearly did not know since Walmart Vision staff led me to them. The receptionist's demeanor lost the potential business of four family members. It's very disappointing that unreliable and unhelpful staff keeps customers away.

Incredibly disappointing. Dr. Cathy is short, rude, does not explain what's going on with your ocular health, but most of all she's a liar. This office had struggled to verify my insurance, despite my personal ability to verify both with my medical and with my vision that I have coverage. Two days before my appointment, the doctor herself called me to say that I was covered, and that the cost was $15 for glasses plus the cost of contact lenses. What does that make you think? I thought my visit was covered. When I went to check out, I was told I owed $75. When I asserted that there had been quite a bit of back-and-forth about this and that the exam was supposed to be completely covered - the doctor came out to argue that the cost for the glasses portion of the EXAM was $15 and the cost of the contact PRESCRIPTION (not the lenses themselves) $60. This is intentionally misleading and she should be ashamed of herself. Under no circumstances will I ever return there.

Dr.Cathy has been amazing and has helped me so much! She is very informative and honest about the health of your eyes!!!! She is definatly going to be my forever eye doctor. Extremely knowledgable and is super helpful. GO TO HER FOR ALL YOUR EYE NEEDS!!!!!!!

Bella Terra Vision was an absolute disappointment, and I will never go back. The lady at the front desk called me 2-3 times before our appointment to verify insurance information. She claimed they didn't take my vision insurance but assured me my health insurance was accepted with a $50 copay. Fine. When we arrived, I asked to pay upfront, but she told me to wait until the end. When I asked why and if anything had changed, she rudely insisted nothing had and that I wouldn't be paying more. Her tone was condescending and unfriendly, to say the least. After the appointment, she dropped the bomb: they didn't take my health insurance either, and I now owed $80 instead of $50. This was after she'd had two weeks to figure it out and failed miserably. She lied to me, wasted my time, and treated me with zero respect. Save yourself the frustration and take your money elsewhere. Bella Terra Vision doesn't deserve it.

Dr Cathy was simply rude, abhorrent, and overall a disappointment in the way she was treating the workplace. I will never book an appointment with her ever again after she explicitly caused me distress and embarrassment at her clinic. The way she treated my mother, an American of 50 years, is disgraceful. I have never given a review in my life but felt the need to protect other mothers and family members alike from this lady.

Team is helping and amazing, both Stepheny and Dr Cathy are amazingly. Good place to get your eyes checked.

Dr. Nguyen is the best in the field! She takes her time and is very thorough with the exam. She gave me a diagnosis that other optometrists have missed. Dr. Nguyen's knowledge, attention to detail, warm personality and expertise was exactly what I was looking for. I like that she explained everything to me so that I could better understand my eye health. I can tell she really cares about all of her patients! The front office staff is efficient and professional. The office is part of Walmart so it was nice to do a little shopping when I waited for my eyes to be dilated. I am so happy to find Dr. Nguyen and won't trust anyone else!

I went to eye doctor at 2:30 pm today to get the prescriptions for the new glasses frames I picked. Everything was done but the prescription wasn't handed to me. I later came back because she told me that she would be right with me. Over 5 people came in after us and she still didn't take us, I was with 3 kids for the frames, they got everything measured but she would get us out prescriptions. She kept saying one moment but never came. I waited until 5:30 and she and her assistant ignored me. The other set of doctors were shocked as well as the customers. Dr. Nguyen is very independent and does what she wants.
