Dr. Patel is GREAT , she got right to the point didn't beat around the bush ! But SHE ACTUALLY CARES ! She wants the best for you . Also I walked out with contacts today ! I can see now !!! Yaaaaay!! From opening the door the receptionist was friendly and helpful, the technician very competent, and the Optician got me fitted and gave me advice on my eye care. It was my first appointment with Dr Patel at Pearle Richmond .i went there for my son as he is highly myopic .Dr Patel was so patient with my son. She did a thorough checkup of his eyes and explained to us the further steps for his treatment and the options available to us .We were informed at every step of what is coming next .
