Eye Needs

I was very disappointed with my experience at this optometrist's office. The staff seemed friendly at first, but when it came time to pay, my husband was charged for a service that was never disclosed beforehand. When we asked about it afterward, we were told the service was done and there was nothing that we could do. I don't mind paying for quality care, but transparency is important. I felt misled and taken advantage of. I won't be returning, and I hope the office improves their communication and billing practices so other patients don't have the same experience.

Dr is great but one bad business practice is a turn off; they make you sign a paper as soon as you walk in & then proceed to bill you $40 never telling you the procedure mentioned on the paper is not covered by insurance. Very bad business practice 2 out of 4 members of my family have ended up paying up; leaves a bad taste in our mouths. We have to find another place.

I've been coming to see Dr Nguyen for 6 years now. She is the best! She is always very thorough on my eye exam and takes time to explain the tests we go through and how I can continue to keep my eyes healthy. I just brought my 4 year old daughter this past visit, and now she wanted to go back the next day, ha! Dr Nguyen is great with kids too! My daughter can be pretty shy, but she was very welcoming and made her feel comfortable. I won't go anywhere else!

Had a great experience they accepted my insurance and told me about optional services for additional costs Front desk and doctor were really nice also!

Had a great experience here. We found out from the pediatrician my 4 year old son has very bad eyesight so I made an appointment here. The staff were all very kind, patient with my son and so was the doctor. She took her time to really explain things and make sure we had the right prescription for him. I'm very happy with my experience here. This will be our new family eye place.

Such a wonderful experience with the team - they're incredibly kind and go above and beyond to provide excellent care. The office is also very conveniently located. Thank you!

The staff is not friendly, they do not deal well with young patients, especially those with anxiety. They talk down to the kids and make the whole experience uncomfortable for both the kids and parents. I have been going here for over 11 years with the original doctor who was amazing. Once they expanded their practice, it has been terrible. I have recommended this place to so many people over the years, but never again. I will never go back or recommend Eye Needs ever again. I'm so disappointed. 10 out of 10 don't recommend.

Dr. Nguyen is the best around. She always has positive energy and a warm approach that helps ease any anxiety you may have going to the doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable and works hard to ensure your visit is the best. The staff follows her lead with their enthusiasm and helpfulness! I love the entire experience!!
