Grand Eye Care

Front desk person was very rudely talking. I reached there by 9:20 am - she mentioned that I have another appt I will take you by 10. 10 am she said I will take you 10:30- I sat there till 11 still no answer. I went to the desk and she said oh I have more appointments I told you. I can take you later, but there was not one in the clinic- except one person whom are checking glass farme. Dr came outside and litteraly ignored me even thought other customer mentioned that I am before him. Very recommend to go there Very rude, arrogant staff and Dr. have no ethics, no respect. I will never to to this clinic and give them my money. I just went to other clinic Be aware of this

My family's experience at Grand Eye Care has always been great! Dr. Bui has always been patient, professional, and really cares about her patients. The staff is knowledgeable and very patient in helping with the frame selection. I would not hesitate to recommend them for good, quality eye care!

The service from the optometrist and staff was anything but grand (yet they're call Grand Eye Care). I had to go to another optometrist to do another full eye exam for contact and glasses. There system is outdated just like the frames they sell.

I called to set up an eye exam appointment around 12pm yesterday and provided all the private information requested by the receptionist. She said she would verify my insurance and call me back if there were any issues or anything else needed. She did not call back so naturally I assumed everything was fine. I show up for my exam provide all my information again to find they don't accept my insurance AND she never set up the appointment for me. A complete waste of time and gas and not even an apology. I would not recommend this place to anyone, highly unprofessional.

Car salesman, dentists, mechanics...add eye doctor to the list of people who are trying to profit over providing professional services. Would not give me my contacts prescription until "fitting period ended" only for me to stay in the office for an extra 45 mines, call my insurance company and get my prescription on the same day. Only reason I didn't give 1 star was that Doctor was nice. Also the whole appointment took way too long -- I was the only person in the office.

Me and my mom had our eye exam here. The experience was great, thanks to Dr. Bui and her staff. All of them were nice and tried to help us as much as they could, especially with choosing out a frame and making sure we are happy with our selections. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bui, she does a thorough eye exam unlike some other places I've been to. Our glasses came in time if not faster then we expected. My mom was able to get her glasses before she had to leave Houston for a trip. My family will definitely be coming here for our eye exams and glasses!

What joke of an office. i went to this office for many years. One issue after another but gave benefit of doubt hoping it will get better. At the beginning the doctor was open, friendly and available but as soon as she was established then she would hide in her office and would not communicate. She hires young unprofessional staff and teaches them no customer service, no medical experience. It is like revolving door to get good staff. Especially the small short staff with a huge earing is the worse. They are thought to keep upselling what you do not need. My whole family had suffered and had bad experience. One time they made a mistake of marking where my progressive marker should be. When I received the glasses, found out that it was very bad. They insisted that it was correct but when I insisted then they checked and found out that it was wrong. Latest episode again happened but this time they did not want to fess up to their mistake. The tech indicated couple numbers were wrong but she claimed that she had her contacts on which could be the reason. The lab that made it apparently is closing. So they tried to blame the prescription being too old. If it was too old (6 months) from what the doctor prescribed till when the lab was going to make it. Then why it was made if it too old and why I was not advised not to make it. It took the lab over 2 months to make it. 1st it was due to colour then mistake that they made. Attempted to remedy this but instead the doctor had the rude receptionist to bully me and would not speak to me. Now I am stuck with a glass that is wrong and is bad for my eyes which can cause a medical issue. I attempted to get my eyes adjusted to the new glasses for a month as they suggested1st tome I had it but that did not help. Now I have no choice to contact the governmental authority to file complaint against this office. Stayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy awayyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

Customers here are looked at as potential thieves straight away. I went in there with my family for some sunglasses and the woman at the front desk asked me if I have insurance. I said yes and I told her I am looking for non-prescription glasses. My insurance covers it. Yet she was adamant that it does not and when I showed it to her on my phone, she completely changed her story. Also, we wanted to buy a pair for our daughter and she was trying to get a pair to try on, but the woman was like - can you ask her not to touch anything. How do you expect us to buy a pair without trying them on? One more thing - they keep all the glasses locked so customers (potential thieves) don't runaway with them. Total disappointment.
