Booked an appointment for 12:45, showed up 10 minutes before and was not consulted by the doctor till 1:30. When asked the front desk they told me to reschedule.
Are you serious????? Why they overbooked when they cannot entertain people in due time. Pathetic customer service and no apologies. Not coming back next year.
