The customer service at Dr. Diar's office was excellent. From the moment I was greeted at the door by the charming front desk staff, to the timely check-in, and finally seeing the doctor, the entire process was seamless and efficient.
Evelyn was absolutely amazing--courteous, professional, and incredibly pleasant. She kept me informed of every next step and maintained such a positive attitude, even after being there all day.
Dr. Diar is highly professional and efficient. He asked all the right questions and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit.

3-2026 Dr. DHIR and his staff are great to work with. From the very friendly and knowledgeable staff at the front desk, to Maggie who tests your eyes, to Hamidah who sits in on the appointment and of course Dr. DHIR - they all ROCK!!!!!. Surgery on 11/3/25 went well. The entire staff was wonderful. Laura my nurse was very caring. Being a former Medical Assistant, I always treated patients the way I would like someone to treat me if I was in their seat. That is exactly what I saw with the entire staff. Thank you Dr. Dhir for taking care of me, will be there soon for the next surgery. Awesome staff

Two Cataract surgeries,both eyes. Nervous about it but neither surgery was difficult and very little pain. The eye drops before the surgery had some pain but not unbearable. Four weeks of eye drops. My sight is so better I would do it again

They make you wait forever .... The people that I came in contact with were not very nice. This doctor's office was in poor condition. The lobby chairs falling apart as well as the examination room's chair. Not a pleasant experience because of the above reasons. I expect a doctor's office to have: people that are nice , a normal waiting time , and for sure I expect the place to be well taken care of and clean ! I will never go back to this doctor and for sure I will not trust my eyes to any treatment performed by a doctor that can function in such a messy and unclean environment.
