As a first-time patient at Richmond Eye Care, I was very impressed. The courtesy and professionalism I received were excellent. I truly appreciated being able to get a same-day appointment. Michelle was extremely helpful with my paperwork, and Dr. Nguyen was wonderful--she took the time to answer all of my questions, clearly explained my prescription, and addressed all of my concerns. I will definitely recommend Richmond Eye Care to everyone I know. Just know you'll be in great hands when you come here

This is my first time in this clinic and I like it very much. Makes me feel hospitality and solves my eye problems. Michelle and Alina very nice and Dr. Nguyen was very patient and answered nicely. I loved it!!

Dr. Laham was thorough, professional & kind. The entire Richmond Eye Care team went ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure that my contact lenses were . After wearing different trial lenses over the course of several weeks, Dr. Laham ultimately found the perfect lenses for me! Twice they ordered special trial lenses for me. Each time I spoke with a team member, on the phone or in person, they so patient & nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We were able to get my 5 year old in on a Saturday. My son had a cornea tear. Awesome care and patience with children. Then we came back on Monday and saw another doctor, Dr. Kurjee--she was so wonderful and empathetic. Highly recommend. Instant relief and top tier patient care.

Great experience! Small and intimate, efficient and convenient. All staff are very welcoming and sweet. It can be hard to change routine and start going to a new doctor, but they made it easy here. Happy to have a nice new place for updating my Rx.

Dr. Kurgee and her staff are amazing. Dr. Kurgee is professional, knowledgeable, and very personal.. she takes her time explaining and answering all your questions. She loves her work and it shows. I wouldn't see anyone else!

I had been trying to make an appointment with my regular optometrist but their front desk was unable to find an appointment that could meet my needs. As a nurse my schedule often changes so I had to cancel one appointment and tried to reschedule but there were none available for two weeks with my Doctor. So I asked for a print-out of my insurance information and took it to my neighborhood Costco for convenience. I was pleasantly surprised to find they take walk-ins. My insurance was efficiently processed by Aasmi and Michelle did all the office preparation (I actually thought she was the doctor at first, but she's pretty young to be at least late 20's). By the time, I saw Dr. Kurjee, (she is beautiful with a great personality--side note) all went very smoothly. She used state of the art equipment, that my other office didn't have and she explained thoroughly any concerns about my eye exam. So after I got my prescription, I went inside Costco, and after I finished my hotdog combo, took a few steps and was in the optometrist section displaying a large selection of designer frames very reasonably priced. I was greeted by Noel, he sat me down and was very detail oriented in helping with my order. I was very happy to find a reasonable price for progressive, transition eyeglasses with lenses of the perfect finishes. Needless to say, I had a very professional and nice experience at Richmond Eye Care (Costco Aliana).
