Quick story.. I am a healthcare professional and after I had a horrible experience earlier in the day at Grand Vision, I walked in here and literally "started over" simply trying to get an eye exam without ridiculous costs, pressure sales and long wait times. I was already frustrated by the scam the other business was running so I was EXTREMELY tentative and asked very direct questions about my care, pricing, wait times, treatment. Long story short.. this place is literally incredible. Not only the best run optometrist I have met.. this is one of the best run medical practices I have ever experienced. Outstanding care, staff, patient interaction and follow through. As a comprehensive solution, you can't find a better eye doctor in Houston.

Dr. Desai is very professional, sharp on his diagnosis, and down to earth Dr I know, and so does his receptionist/front desk Neesha- Very curtious and professional, quick. I will recommend anyone who is looking for the right eye care!! Thank you again for your services.
