Kim and her staff are absolutely amazing I feel like a celebrity every time I walk in. I have some crazy boys that I take with me and they welcome All of Us Open arms. Through the chaos of finding glasses they are amazing and not only helping but having a patience of a saint! I will always be coming here because how amazing everybody treats us the experiences one of a kind. Best place to ever find glasses

Phenomenal Service from Kim, Phoua, and Nimi at America's Best Roanoke! We had an absolutely outstanding experience at the America's Best in Roanoke, TX, thanks to the incredible manager, Kim, and her amazing team members, Phoua and Nimi. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Nimi, the receptionist, was the first face we saw and she was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and a great asset to the team. She handled the initial check-in process smoothly and quickly answered all our questions. Kim runs a tight ship, and it shows in the dedication and knowledge of her staff. Phoua was exceptionally patient and helpful during the selection process, providing excellent suggestions and making sure we were comfortable with our choices. Kim herself is a truly fantastic manager. She was actively involved, ensuring every customer was taken care of and that the service was top-notch. Her leadership clearly inspires her team to deliver nothing less than excellence. If you are looking for new glasses or contacts and want superior customer service, look no further than the Roanoke America's Best. Kim, Phoua, and Nimi are the gold standard. We've had a great experience at this America's Best location! My 9-year-old son is learning to wear contacts, and Kim has been incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging with him throughout the process. She took extra time walking him through putting his contacts in step by step, never rushing him, and reassuring him when he got frustrated. She explained everything clearly and made sure he felt comfortable and confident. The rest of the staff is just as friendly and helpful. They even noticed that my son's glasses weren't sitting quite right and fixed them quickly on the spot without us even having to ask. It's little things like that that really stand out. Highly recommend this location!

This by far is THE BEST AMERICA'S BEST EYEGLASSES office I have ever been to! The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly. General Manager, Kim was the sweetest! Phoua was the most attentive. I really enjoyed and appreciated my time and experience at this location!

Jenny was very friendly and excited to explain the progressive lens. I was a bit nervous about this big change but she made me feel at ease with humor and knowledge. She's great and I'm glad to have her to help and guide me and the rest of the staff including the doctor were so friendly and helpful

This review shows how meaningful thank you is. First time there for an eye exam (or really any service from the company) and I was told to expect it to take an hour and a half. First I get a call from them wanting me to call them because I'm using insurance, which is fine, but when I call about a day in a half later, they act like they have no clue why I called. I get there before my appointment and don't get called back even for my initial part of the appointment until 20 after the appointment time. It was well over an hour and a half before I finally got to see the doctor, who at least was nice, but constantly on the move slowing appointments down. I ended up leaving about 2 and a half hours after my appointment time. When I was buying my contacts, they price-matched what my insurance company offered and thanked me for being patient, which is a large part of why they're getting the rating.

Jenny was AMAZING. I tried several glasses, great fits and landed on two pairs at a great price. Jenny was most helpful and attentive. Love the customer service and look forward to my next visit.

Jenny was wonderful! She was super friendly and very helpful with my glasses maintenance and cleaning. She even took the time to explain options for better lenses in the future. It was a great experience--I really appreciated her care and kindness!
