The Roanoke location has many different brands for frames and promotions that are great for a second pair of glasses or self pay! Dr. Velasquez is a great doctor with amazing bed side manner. All the ladies in the office are welcoming and knowledgeable.

Terrible experience with this location. I called and made my mother in law an appointment for 11:15. I made sure they knew that she is over 300 lbs and will need a little extra time for arrival and for her appointment. This was the time they gave her. I even received a text stating we look forward to seeing you at 11:15. We were on our way out the door at 11:05 (she lives directly behind the office) and I get a phone call stating that they have to cancel her appointment because it was at 11. Which was completely untrue! They canceled it because the doctor would need to go on lunch and we were cutting into her lunch time. I get it she needs to eat but why schedule an appointment so close to that time? Knowing she needed extra time for her appointment. The lady I spoke with was VERY rude and we will not be choosing this eye dr in the future!

They are totally amazing! The staff is professional, courteous, and just a delight to be around! They helped me find the perfect frame for me and the XR progressive lens is truly awesome The My eye DR. team here in Roanoke absolutely nailed it. They were perfect as soon as I put them on!

I just needed the eye exam and was going to get my glasses somewhere else, they never tried to convince me or push me like in most other places, Dr Velasquez is so great and calm and meticulous, front desk always in good spirits I love this office, I'll never go anywhere else.

First class experience at this place. Let me start by saying that last year, when I first moved to this area I thought it would be best to save money and visit a widely known chain in Alliance. After today's visit, I better understand and appreciate the value of innovative local small businesses. From making my appointment, being greeted when I walked in, and receiving my exam, every interaction with the staff at this practice has been first class. While I might be able to find the contacts they fitted me with cheaper elsewhere, I'd gladly pay their fair price for the excellent level of service and the fine people working there. If you live nearby and are looking for a modern, professional, and kind place for your eyecare, I wouldn't look any further. I'm so glad I decided to go here. I'm hopeful that more and more people will support independent businesses like these so consumers will continue to have thriving choices. Lacey (reception), Paul (glasses and contacts), the technicians and Dr. Richelle Bean were all incredible. It was so refreshing to have a wonderful experience and feel like my money was well spent.

Wow, wow, wow! I just left my appointment and it was my first visit at this business and every single person I came in contact with EXCEEDED my expectations!!! Dr. Benedick was PHENOMENAL & the service from the ladies at the front desk & eye evaluations were top tier and quick! Even if I move I'm going to remain loyal to this specific location as long as these sweet women work there! I'm going to bring my daughters and make this place their primary eye care place as well. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!!! Thank you for making me feel comfortable and like family!!!

My husband and I each had an appointment with Dr Benedict. The whole staff from the beginning to the end of our appointments were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They were professional. The whole office was clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends or anyone else asking.
