I've been a patient at this location for several years and have always appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the older staff and optometrist. One long-time staff member, in particular, has consistently been welcoming, friendly, and professional, which is a big reason I've remained a loyal patient over the years. Unfortunately, over the past couple of years, the atmosphere has changed. A newer staff member's demeanor has felt unwelcoming and unprofessional, and it seems to have affected the overall tone of the office. During my most recent visit to pick up my glasses, two staff members were engaged in personal conversation and did not acknowledge me at all, which was disappointing and uncomfortable as a customer. I'm now thinking of considering switching to a different location for my next eye exam. I hope management will address this, as this office used to provide a much more positive and welcoming experience.

If you're a veteran or using community care program don't use these people. The eye doctor was awesome but their billing depertment keeps trying to bill me instead of going through tri-west like thier contract says they are supposed to do. Multiple calls and 7 months later they still have not even started a claim with the insurance company. The VA rep. and I call in to help them submit it correctly and they just give us an attitude and tell us they will bill me how they feel they need to. So I am sitting on hold again while the VA rep calls them again to get them to submit the claim properly. How does a major chain's insurance and billing department not know how to submit a basic claim to a major insurance provider? 3rd try is the charm, right????

Had a full eye exam yesterday, went back today to get my pupillary distance measured so I could order some Meta Glasses and the heavyset lady who I wasnt even talking to at the desk butted in and asked if I was ordering them online to which I replied yes and she went to tell me that they wouldn't give me my distance because i was ordering them online. I have been a customer of this place before they changed the name to Myeyedr and this is how they treat their customers. Went right down the street to a place im not even a client at and they did the measurement without any issue. They actually couldn't believe that the place I am a client of wouldn't do it, literally laughed about it and said they must be mad because you weren't buying the glasses there. ALL the other staff and Doctors are amazing, thats the reason I always go back, it's just this one lady who literally has me contemplating changing eye doctors because of her snarky attitude and reluctantly to help a long time client out. Id give 0 stars if I could solely based on her attitude!!

Dr. Deepak is absolutely amazing. He's very patient and takes his time performing exams and thoroughly explaining results. Just overall very knowledgeable and kind. Wish more doctors were like him. Thanks for everything Dr. Deepak!

I had a horrible experience here . I went in to get my glasses readjusted. I bought them from a separate website and the lady said she can try to fix them but if they break they're not liable . but she completely snapped them in half . they are unfixable . I walked in with perfectly fine glasses that just needed to adjusted and now it's completely broken .the lady was very polite but still my new glasses are completely broken. and they can't fix them.

Be careful making appointments- they don't respect your time and cancel them due to doctors sudden change of plans. Normal people make adjustments in their schedules to follow thru with eye exams and make their scheduled appts . Extremely disappointed . Last time I visit this location.

My daughter had a great experience ! Staff was courteous. The eye doctor was thorough and helpful! He also asked questions and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure she understood his answers.

Great customer service from Tommie and the doctor! Tommie took time to listen to my concerns and helped me purchase what I needed and made sure the glasses were a perfect fit for me!
