Very customer service oriented at initial visit. After I bought over $400 in glasses that stopped. Office tried to reschedule appointment 5 minutes before my appointment time, no reason. Glasses are now 3 weeks overdue, no one returns calls, no status given. Save your money, go to a eye clinic where they care about customers.
