It's so old and run down in there. Depression. The dr seem rushed. The girls are nice enough but the young girl seems annoyed you're interrupted her phone call she's on.

My wait time is always less than 5 minutes. Dr. Kong is very thorough and explains everything in detail. They also have a pretty extensive selection of glasses.

Used for the very fist time. I give them three brownie points!!!. The Dr was very thorough explaining details, no long wait, and the staff wasnt rude at all even when I was in the wrong.

Doctor is great, but their admin staff needs a major overhaul. They called me to come back for contacts pick up and fitting. Called for 2 months now with no answer to schedule my daughter's follow up and left VMs with no follow up or call backs, and then when I tried to order contacts elsewhere and asked the contact vendor to get the prescription from Today's Vision, they cancel my order and told my contact vendor that I need a follow up visit to release my prescription. I called them all day today, NO ONE picked up the phone, and I left VM again. It's a shame that this establishment has such lousy admin and customer service. No issues with the doctors. The business and admin are a mess and I decided to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket for a new exam. Don't let them keep your prescription hostage like they did to us.

Had a 1:30 appointment waiting to see the doctor at 2:30 still waiting in a small hot office. No one said the doctor was running late no explanation or anything from staff. Rescheduled my appointment don't know if it will be returning. So disappointed

Dr. Kong and staff have always been very pleasant and professional.

Arrived right on time and was very pleased to see that they were expecting me. There was only one other patient/customer at the front desk and virtually no wait time, and once my daughter and I were escorted to the back, the doctor did not take more than 5 minutes to perform the eye exam. I'll have my new specs in 2-3 weeks. If you're bored of your current dentist or looking for one I would definitely recommend this place. P. S. They are still taking steps to ensure a virus free enrollment.

Love all the staff and Dr. Kong, this team truly cares about their patients! For myself they worked, and are continuing to work, through difficult and sudden eye changes! Thank you!! - Megan
