Unfortunately, I have not had the experience that some of my fellow reviewers have had. While I did appreciate the variety of frames in stock, the specific associate I interacted with, Esmeralda, was unprofessional, did not walk me through the lenses options, and added a $50 extra warranty charge without asking for my permission. It wasn't until after I paid that I was provided a receipt that outlined the cost breakdown. I feel that extras should always be clearly communicated to customers. At this point, I was going to cut my losses, pick up the glasses, and never go back. When I tried on my "finished" glasses, the lenses were incorrect. The prescription sunglasses had two different colored lenses, only one was anti-reflective, and the overall cut was wrong. Altogether, I am very disappointed with my experience.
