Honest Eye Doctor - Round Rock East (Hutto)

The staff is so friendly and kind and We really enjoyed our eye Dr this last visit for our little one! He was just so good with kids and was really easy to talk to and answered all of our questions in a way we could understand. When he first came in he greeted us in a way that felt like he knew us already. So that was nice. But really, he was great and we loved him! He seems really passionate about what he does and there's nothing better than someone who loves doing what they do helping you out.

Highly recommend. My mom and I were treated very well. They took care of my mom, whom has Parkinson's, and didn't make her feel like she was a bother. Very friendly and respectful staff.

I've been coming here for over 15 years (aside from one year when my insurance changed), and they continue to be phenomenal. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you warmly, guides you through every screening, and makes the entire exam experience comfortable. Even after moving away, I still choose this location because the level of service is truly unmatched. Highly recommend!

My experience at this place was awesome at each step. Kat helped me get checked in and was lovely to chat with. Ezreal helped me go through all the standard tests and was very personable himself, very knowledgeable when I had questions too! Then I met Dr. Dizon who was also amazing to work with!! He helped me out with a contact fitting, and really took his time with me. He helped me try on a bunch of different lenses and gave me a solid recommendation with some savings so I was in the best fit possible for the best price possible. He went over the image of my eyes with me, and helped answer some questions i had about laser surgery. At no point did I ever feel rushed or like i was being 'sold to' and honestly can say ive never had a better eye appointment haha. i only chose this place originally because it was convenient.. its literally connected to the Walmart vision center (where you can buy glasses/contacts, if you want).. I am blown away by just how awesome this place was. When iw as done with my appointment, Stephanie with the Walmart vision center helped me place my contact order, which was also a very lovely experience. She helped me decide how to most effectively use my insurance benefits to make the best financial decision possible. I will for sure be going here from now on, highly recommending it to anyone who will listen haha. Thank you everyone!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They explained everything very well and consistently asked if I had any questions throughout. They were also very encouraging and patient when performing the dreaded NCT (air puff test).

This is your place to visit for any Ophthalmology needs! Dr. Jonathan Dizon and office staff (Cat & Ezu) are simply the BEST! Upon entering the office, you are greeted with a sweet smile and warm welcome by front desk staff. They're extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Jonathan is patient, kind and sincere with his patients. He goes above and beyond through serving his patients with exemplary health service care. He takes his time to explain health issues within the eyes and vision. His sweet, caring and warming demeanor makes any patient feel comfortable and welcoming. Thank you Dr. Dizon and Office Staff for providing the best patient care to your patients!!

It was really good talking to the doctor. He answered all my questions. All the staff and everyone was very personable. The staff member named Layde at the vision center was very helpful in purchasing my glasses. I didn't think the insurance would cover it and she said let's check. It covered half my glasses and I was thrilled with the whole experience today. Thank you very much
