*Edit* Bumping my review up because the issue with the extra charges was taken care of. I appreciated the follow up I used to think VERY highly of this place and the doctors here. The quality of service in the place since they made the switch to "My Eye Doctor" has fallen exponentially. Beware of hidden charges that they will call you about months after your appointment. They no longer treat dry eyes but instead of suggestions its "We don't do that anymore". I paid for a glasses prescription and was not given the complete prescription, leaving me unable to buy my glasses online. I paid over $300 for a contact lenses prescription and they sent my husband home with only half of the lenses, wasting my time having to drive all the way back there to pick up the other half because "it was in a box that hadn't been opened yet". The last straw that led to this we'll deserved 1 star review is the phone call I received today stating that I owed them additional money for my daughter's glasses, months after the fact. We paid for the glasses already and the frame allowance is clearly stated on our insurance policy, but due to what I can only assume are terrible math skills Im being told about additional charges literally a week before Christmas. Real nice. Patient beware here, find another office for your eye care needs.

What a great place! Allyson and Chasity both were so helpful and friendly! I'm glad I moved to this location! They made getting my glasses easy. Dr. Zambili, Lally and the ENTIRE staff AWESOME! But to be more descriptive the Dr. listens, offers clear explanations to questions and shows I'm not just a number on an appointment list to her. I couldn't recommend her more!

Tyree is the man! I have never been educated on my frames like I was today. The attention to detail was superb! Customer service was beyond expectation. Made my visit wonderful and pleasant. He makes wearing glasses cool. I got the frames I need for my lifestyle. Definitely recommend seeing Tyree if you need some glasses

Hands down the best eye care office I have ever been to! Truly wish I could give more than 5 stars! Staff is attentive and respectful they explained everything in my paperwork clearly and they answered all my questions without hesitation.I will not be going anywhere else.

I had a fantastic experience! The entire staff was kind and friendly. Emily, the optician who helped me pick out my glasses, was amazing! She was so sweet and really knows her stuff. I enjoyed talking with her. They also have a wonderful frame selection. As a first-time patient, everything about this place exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Saginaw Family EyeCare and I can't wait to receive my new glasses!

I had an exceptional experience at Saginaw Family Eye Clinic! Dr. Melody and her staff, especially Angelica, showed truly compassionate care throughout my visit. I'm not an easy patient when it comes to eye exams--I really can't stand anything near my eyes--but they made the process as easy and comfortable as possible. Dr. Melody took the time to thoroughly explain my testing results and even re-explained things to make sure I fully understood. Her attentiveness, especially when a slight abnormality came up, helped me feel reassured and informed. I left with a clear plan for my eye care moving forward and a lot of trust in their team. Everyone was timely, efficient, and incredibly kind. Highly recommend!
