I was there today for an eye exam. I just emailed Walmart corporate over this. The Dr suggested I take an additional field of vision test, which I did. On my right eye, the machine wasn't lined up. I was supposed to only see inside, the dots and lights, but the frame was blocking the lower right side of my vision. I said this to the one doing the test, he moved it slightly, I said it's still blocking, he didn't move it again. When the Dr looked at the test, he showed me the black area where that frame was, talked to the technician for "proof" that the machine was off, and said I could take it again. I was relieved.. until he said I'd have to pay ANOTHER 55. to repeat the test. It was the machine/technician and he's going to charge me twice for an additional test I don't think I even needed. Meanwhile, he assured me my prescription hadn't changed "much" and I didn't need new glasses.. when I hadn't been to an eye doctor in five years?? Seemed funny he wanted me to spend a lot in his office on extra tests with the money I was saving on glasses. I just left. Nice scam.

Rosanna at the Saginaw Walmart Vision Center has been taking care of me and my son for over 10 years, and we just love her! Even though we live in Wise County and the Haslet Walmart is closer, we drive all the way to Saginaw because the service here is unmatched.
