Absolutely fabulous. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. They spent the necessary time ensuring my questions were answered and that I understood the plan of care. I left with my eyes feeling so much better in addition to learning more about my eye health. Dr Singh truly cares about each of his patients and it reflects both in the outcome of his work and how he treats others. I cannot recommend this office enough.

If not for his deplorable lack of effective patient scheduling I would give Dr. Singh a 5 star rating. He is knowledgeable, personable and has excellent interpersonal skills. However routine assessment appointments consistently exceed 3 hours of which at least 2+ hours are dead-times sitting in waiting rooms due to his over scheduling of patient visits.. Patients seem to accept this inconsiderate and disrespectful behavior as the norm, which is a sad reflection of their own self value. After 3-4 appointments experiencing the abovementioned protocol I had enough and walked out. I believe my time has some value and will find an alternative specialist

Esot is a very poorly managed practice. Waited three months for a surgery. Show up on time for my appointment just to wait over an hour. Fully packed waiting room. Over scheduling and under delivering all to pad their pockets.

I recently attended an appt here with Dr G. Singh. Upon entering the office, I was greeted by a very nice receptionist who checked me in and I had a seat. After not waiting long the technician, Emily called me for my testing, she was very knowledgeable and very caring. Emily explained all the testing and what it was used for. I enjoyed working with her as she had a happy personality and a sweet sense of humor and she knew her job. Dr. G. Singh was very caring and thorough and answered all my questions. He spoke to me respectfully and I could tell that my eye care was of utmost importance to him and his whole staff. I would definitely return to this office if I needed to again

I recently suffered from an allergic reaction and bacterial infection in both eyes. I tried going to my PCP first and then my eye doctor but did not get any results. After day four I was going crazy because nothing was working. My wife drove me to this place right when they opened and I was ready to sit there all day until I was seen. I was called back within 30 minutes of my arrival and the doctor was very diligent in her review of my situation. I was prescribed medicine that can only be found at a compound pharmacy. Within two days I was back to normal. The staff was very nice, the doctor's bedside manner was amazing and truly cared. I highly recommend Eye Specialists of Texas.

Dr. G. Singh is an outstanding doctor and I offer my strongest possible recommendation. He is a top expert in his field who is held in highest regard by both his patients and his fellow doctors. I was referred to him for a stubborn and challenging cornea problem by my regular ophthalmologist who stated "If I had what you have I'd go see Dr. Singh." He was right. From my first visit with Dr. Singh, I had confidence that he would leave no stone unturned in treating my problem. He instills trust in his patients with his exceptional skill and approachable manner. He conducts examinations and treatments in a relaxed, unhurried environment and encourages questions. When you're visiting Dr. Singh you feel as though you're the most important person in the room. It doesn't stop there either. On a few occasions, Dr. Singh personally called me between visits to ask how I was doing. In the end, my issue was successfully resolved and I consider myself very fortunate to have been his patient. This review wouldn't be complete without mention of Dr. Singh's exceptional staff. The techs and office staff are notable for their skill, courtesy and professionalism. They are extremely good at what they do and seem to have taken their cue from Dr. Singh in treatment of patients - you get the feeling that they genuinely care about you.

I have mixed feelings about my experience, so allow me to open with the positive. Dr. Singh is AMAZING. If I were just rating him and his expertise, I would give 5 stars and wish to add additional stars. He's phenomenally knowledgeable, knows his field better than any ophthalmologist I've met, and has a wonderfully personable nature to set you at ease. Unfortunately, during one of my follow-up appointments with Dr. Singh, a different person came into the room instead. I was unable to see Dr. Singh even though the appointment was with him. I had an issue that I needed HIM to address and only him. The other person was a young lady who was unprofessional, unknowledgeable, rude, and ageist. It was a horrible experience. I kept requesting to see Dr. Singh instead for the follow-up, but she refused and said she would be taking over for all follow-ups. I have never gone back and never will go back because of her. I do need an additional eye treatment to correct clouding, but if it's between having a clouded eye and dealing with her again, I'll keep the clouded eye. I don't understand who she was or why she took his appointment, but I didn't appreciate this and would give her less than 1 star if I could. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience and person. If you can see Dr. Singh, then don't hesitate. He is AMAZING. If they try to schedule you with a young lady in her 20s or thereabouts, decline the appointment or just leave the office. 5+ stars for Dr. Singh. -10 for the young lady.

Had my first visit today and Dr Sabby Singh was the consulting dr. What a great experience, and who can say that about a doctor's office??? She explained everything carefully, including what options I have and the cost for each. And she was warm and caring. Highly recommend.
