I've always rated Dr Fish and her staff with 5 stars but this week her assistant went way over 5 stars. My special needs daughter is extremely hard to get a clear understanding of what and which line she can see. This guy instantly caught on and switched from showing three lines to just one line at a time. Exceptional work. He had more truck up his sleeve. I so thankful for this young man.

Dr. Kristin Minkowski is an amazing eye doctor & surgeon! I'm starting my 4th year with her and I couldn't be happier! I was referred to her by one of her former professors (well know in her on right as well) when I moved. She is highly qualified, and personable. A great asset to Houston Eye Associates!

Once I was able to book an appt.and see Dr.Fish and her staff,I was very pleased. MY exam was thorough and I was seen in a timely manner. HOWEVER,scheduling the appt.was challenging. ATleast two persons hanged up on me.The last person who booked my appt.was professional and apologetic for my experience.

The doctors are great here, and ordering glasses has also been a very positive experience. However, ordering contact lenses is much more difficult than it should be. I can't use my insurance to purchase online. I've called multiple times over a week plus and left multiple messages, it took too long to finally get a return call.

This review is strictly on Front office not on the back office, Office manager Starla Skaggs and the front office need some serious retraining, I'm a VA referral I had to reschedule my appt 3 times to see the the Dr, even after I was approved Starla Skaggs rejected my visit, the scheduler Vanessa had to call the VA to verify my appointment and I finally got to see my provider, no thanks to Starla Skaggs. The Back office is Great, Dr Louis E. Verstringhe and the the whole back office staff is fantastic.
