I had been to some eye doctors with fancy offices and was a little hesitant to go to this little hole in the wall office in front of a Sam's Club. It turned out to be a great decision. Dr Nelson is knowledgeable, answers questions, I have recommended him to many people and everyone has liked him.

Dr Nelson is great but the woman that works in the sherman office is very rude. Rarely will you ever call and talk to someone. Someone will call you back when it's convenient for them, if you leave a message. To make it worse, the woman that is supposed to be his receptionist acts like she doesn't want to be on the phone. Terrible customer service will keep me and my family from ever going back. I always give a business more than one chance, if that tells you anything.

It was so refreshing to find a doctor that not only clearly knows what he's doing but is also able to educate you in what's going on with your eyes. I can't say enough good things about him!! You won't be disappointed!
