Nothing but great things to say about Dr. Kloesel and his staff! Everyone is so kind and informative! Dr. Kloesel is very thorough and answered all my questions. Also, a family member went to him with a very complicated eye situation and him and his staff did such a wonderful job listening to my family member and did a wonderful job getting what she needed! Will definitely be back for future eye exams! :)

Great Doctor - Staff not vaccinated - I have been going to see Dr. Kloesel for more than ten years, he is talented, professional and attentive. Today (August 2021) however, I was preparing to be seen by the tech and she wasn't wearing a mask and told me she was not vaccinated - so I cancelled my appointment as I didn't want to be in such close proximity with a healthcare provider who ignores the pandemic and common sense guidelines. Dr. Kloesel is wonderful and I look forward to returning to the office when the virus is fully eradicated.

Can't say enough nice things about this place! The doctor is so nice and was able to get my husband in on a Friday morning (as a new patient) with an eye emergency. He took great care of him and now the metal that was in his eye is out and he's recovering well. I would highly recommend North TX Eye Care! Great experience.

Should be able to give a zero rating, This so called Dr works @ Eye Consultants of Texas in Grapevine on Friday, My first experience was when I saw him for a follow up after cataract surgery. I also have dry eye & AMD. I'm extremely concerned about my eye health since my mom went blind from macular degeneration. This guy misdiagnosed me as having broken blood vessels in my left eye, and signs that disease could have advanced to the more serious wet MD. He referred me to Retina specialist. I was so upset and terrified of the thought of losing my vision. I was under a lot of stress waiting to see Retina Dr. Retina specialist did not see any broken blood vessels nor did he see any evidence my eye had advanced to the wet MD. I cried tears of joy when I found out I was misdiagnosed. I'll never be treated by this Dr. again,. All I can say is if he's your Dr, get a 2nd opinion.
