My daughter worked with someone named Jennifer, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made sure my daughter felt comfortable the entire time. We laughed, we smiled, and the whole experience was just incredible. I have never felt so much genuine care from someone we had just met. Jennifer took her time and patiently helped my daughter learn how to put in and take out her contacts. Even though it took quite a while to get them in, she never rushed us and stayed by our side the entire time. She explained everything clearly and showed her helpful techniques to make the process easier. Because of this wonderful experience, I won't be going anywhere else for my other kids. Thank you so much, Jennifer, if you're reading this! Also, the store itself was very clean, smelled amazing, and the restrooms were spotless. I truly have nothing negative to say about this place.

This location is simply astonishing the staff were great. They greeted me upon my arrival and bid me a farewell when I left. Jennifer and George were the ones who assisted me for my exam and selecting contacts. Jennifer helped me figure out my best payment option that was very helpful. I was delighted with the service received! Perla greeted me and was very helpful when conducting my eye exam, explained everything to make sure I understood the process and was very helpful in picking frames for my new glasses. My glasses were also ready in less than 2 hours so that was definitely a plus.

While out and about with my daughter and grandkids today, I tripped and fell, bending my glasses. My daughter googled the nearest optical store, and we were lucky enough to find Stanton Optical in Spring. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the sweet woman who helped me, but she had my glasses fixed in no time. I so appreciated her kind help. Excellent customer service!

I came in expecting possibly two weeks wait for glasses due to other competitors in past. However, Tracey was nice polite,she also went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and I walked out with my glasses. I highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

I came because i was promised another set of lenses because at the time of service, the lady had made the wrong cut and we were supposed to add the blue light in the glasses because I work at a computer all day. Upon me arriving the lady no longer worked here And she left absolutely no notes about the promise . I have also been complaining about not really being able to see in my glasses, so I explained the Situation to Jennifer And once I was done explaining everything she suggested I should get a new exam. They had overly corrected My prescription that I've been wearing them around for too long which has not helpful to me at all. It has been days and days of strained eyes and headaches. I'm so glad I came here Because Jennifer was very knowledgeable and she operated with extreme Empathy and professionalism she also she took her time Answer all of my Tedious questions her energy was very genuine And the whole store Was just very welcoming and warm.I love the Atmosphere all of my children wear glasses and I Will be sending them here And making sure That all my friends and family that wears glasses Tell a friend To come to this location Because have I not talked to Jennifer & she had not took my situation person or serious enough I would still be Walking around with the wrong prescription Overly corrected also the person that helped me when I initially came Didn't put me in all the things that I needed like Bifocals And I feel like it has really been a hindrance to me. But now I'm excited getting back on the right track With the help of Jennifer And I just want to say that she's doing an Amazing job and that I appreciate her Bottom of my heart because these are my eyes, we are talking about I wish I could give her a 10+ Because she did go Above and beyond and she should be Recognize for it thank you Jennifer!
