My daughter went to her first appointment ever as a 6 year old and the staff were nice but the doctor went above and beyond for my daughter. What a joy it is to see a doctor who really cares about the happiness and comfort of her patient. Thank you so much.

Smooth and easy. Adriana was outstanding doing some of the exams, and patiently and clearly letting me know extras and costs to prescription glasses. She has superior customer service skills! The doctor was very nice and thorough and likable explained in detail what is happening with my eyes and solution. I highly recommend them and intend to keep them and trusting them with my precious eye care!

The doctor gets 5 stars, he was excellent!!! HOWEVER half of team have bad attitudes and are not professional.(Sidenote: My husband has expressed the same when he visited for his examine) but I really needed glasses so I returned. I should have listen to my gut because most of the attitudes were the same ( Their was one lady helping me with my glasses was really sweet, so because of her and the doctor I thought okay this was turned okay for me today!) Well things took a turn less than 2 hours after I left my appointment and what solidifies me not returning. My eye started feeling painful, soon I could feel something was going on with my eye and by bed time my eye looked like the photo. I suspect improper sanitation practices was not being taken with the equipment.

I've come here for years now BUT ON THIS VISIT... While waiting in waiting area for my exam I witnessed Jessica (office manager) speak in a very derogatory manner to Jenifer. I feel this was very unprofessional and I wasn't the only one in waiting area. There should be a level of respect for clients and workers alike. My exam itself was professional as always but this incident didn't sit well with me at all. Hopefully this will be addressed for obvious reasons.

I was at work and sustained a deep scratch on the middle of my cornea. My eye Dr is in Magnolia and since I was at work I could not take off and get there in time on a Saturday. Dr. Nguyen and his staff were amazing and got me in right away! Highly recommend!

I did not see Dr. Ong. That was who I was told I would see but instead I saw Dr. Conrad. She was very good, took the time to figure out what I needed for glasses. Hopefully, the glasses will be good also. They only give a 30 day return or repair policy. That isn't very much. I'm hoping everything will be good with the glasses. I have gotten a pair from them before . Thank you Dr. Conrad for taking the time to care for my eyes.
