I wasn't happy with my previous eye doctor who was very rude, so I decided to give Eyecare Experts a try. I loved them!! I actually walked in to make my appointment and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Even on the day of my appointment they were very nice. Dr. Jiwani was great! He was very knowledgeable and thorough and seemed very caring. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend them for your Eyecare needs!

Update of 12/6/25 review: This is an updated review for the Sugar Land location. Dr. Zubin Jiwani contacted me directly learned my appointment was cancelled. His staff reached out as well to reschedule. Both apologized for the inconvenience. When my appointment day arrived I was greeted warmly. The interactions between the staff and other waiting patients was cordial and helpful. After completing the necessary paperwork I was assisted by the technicians, one of whom gave me a laser-engraved water bottle. I was then seen by Dr. Jiwani. I came in for contacts and the staff was willing to offer a tutorial on use, but I assured them that I didn't need it since I'd used contacts in the past. Dr. Jiwani walked me through ordering directly from the office and the cost benefit since I wasn't a daily user. He offered the trials, his last remaining, then submitted the order, which arrived quickly. Before leaving Dr. Jiwani apologized again for the confusion and assured me that he'd spoken to his staff about it. It's a busy location, but it was convenient and accommodating. This place is fantastic, and the staff is wonderful! Switching to Ortho-K lenses has been a life-changing experience. Although I was initially skeptical when Dr. Zubin Jiwani recommended the treatment after I'd worn glasses for myopia for over 20 years, the result feels like a miracle. My vision is now near-perfect, and I no longer need glasses at all, it's easy to use and cost is affordable.

Update on 10/26: it's a nightmare that never stop. After 4 month, they send me a bill say I still own them 15 dollars for the first appointment and going to charge me another 50 dollars for late payment? They refund me 45 dollars first. The biggest problem here, is the manager is not honest. They over charge you for everything and slide in a lot or additional service without telling you until you ask. And the manager called me to apologize and blame all the overcharge to her young employees. She told me on the phone said if she was in store that day she would not allow that happened. But I clearly remember she was in store that day when I was there and she was apologizing to another customer said she is the manager. She said if I am good people I should delete the review and forgive their young employee who are hardworking and passionate about their job. Updates: I got the refund for the overcharged part for my contact exam. If you come here, make sure you are familiar with your insurance policy and ask every item they give you if it has extra charge. I spent 200+ just for a regular exam and contact lenses exam. I provide them my insurance, my plan will only require copay 60 dollars for contact lenses exam. But here, they charged me 100+ with my VSP insurance just for contact exam. No printed detail item price on the receipt, only handwriting next to the overall price. The doctor prescribed me a new brand contact lenses. I tried this Alcon glass for a week and find it is super hard to take off. I called in to requested switch back to my original brand but the doctor never called me back. At the end of my visit, they just give me a microwaveable eyemask without even asking if I need it. I was like oh good, is this something free? And they say no and charged 30 dollars which double the price of the similar product on Amazon. I paid $250 for just one visit. Plus, their room smells not very muddy like someone never showered.

Honestly the best doctor I have ever been to, his knowledge and help is beyond what I had ever had with any other doctor, I took his advice and did the Ortho K Lenses and vision is perfect with them, Everything is sharp in the day without wearing anything.

This place is super well kept and the staff is really nice. I was prescribed corrective lenses and it fixed my vision almost completely within a day of wearing them. I haven't been able to see this good since as long as I can remember. I've been wearing them for a little over a week now and I'm seeing things I've never seen before. I recommend getting treatment from this place and these people because they will treat you right, and with care.
