Our family had such a great experience at Horizon Eye Care! Dr. Grace Tran was amazing! She took her time with each of us, patiently answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt completely comfortable. You can tell right away that she is very knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. It never felt rushed; instead, we felt cared for and listened to.
The whole office staff was super friendly and helpful from start to finish. We visited their new location as a family of four, and they went above and beyond to make the visit smooth and pleasant for everyone. We will definitely be coming back; highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. Caring and professional team work. I was really impressed at their optical shop setup, display and variety of selection. I think what won me over, was the medical approach towards my vision needs. They provided information regarding dry eye, which has been a chronic problem for me for sometime, that I never knew. And discussed with me a procedure to treat it. For this reason, I will definitely be retuning. Not just for the dry eye issue, but for treating the ongoing and chronic eye medical issues I'm dealing with. Thank you again, Dr Sandi!!!!

-Update: The Dr reached out and explained their reasoning behind his care structure. I still feel it like things were being up sold, but also understand that from a business POV. Updating my review in response to the Dr communication.
I did not feel that the doctor's ability or knowledge was the issue during my visit. However, the overall exam experience was disappointing. A large portion of the appointment was spent on additional testing for services that were "not covered by insurance plans."
Compared to other eye exams I have had with the same insurance and coverage, this exam included significantly less of what is typically covered, while repeatedly offering add on tests and services at extra cost. The constant upselling felt pushy and took away from what should have been a straightforward eye exam.
I left feeling more like I was being sold to than cared for as a patient, which was frustrating and unexpected. Transparency about what is covered versus optional would have made a big difference in the experience.
