I had such a great experience at LASIK Eye for my eye exam! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The staff made me feel comfortable right away, and the whole process was super quick and smooth. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely at ease. I was in and out in no time -- definitely one of the best and most efficient appointments I've ever had. Highly recommend LASIK Eye to anyone looking for excellent care and a friendly atmosphere!

Love Dr Khokhar. He's been my family's eye dr for years. He's very attentive, patient and really listens to your concerns. I never feel rushed. Excellent laser surgeon as well. All around A++

Our experience here was unacceptable. A few hours before our kids' scheduled exams, the office canceled--offering no reschedule until we called. The only slot? Two kids squeezed into 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday at a location 40 minutes away. We still waited 20 minutes past our appointment. Kaitlyn, the receptionist, was unprofessional. The nurse seemed so uncomfortable it made the visit even more tense. At 4:15, the doctor arrived with no greeting, no welcome, and no warmth. Not kid-friendly, rushed, and we weren't even offered the chance to purchase glasses. Complete disregard for our time and business.

Edit: the office has since followed up outside of google and expressed how serious they take their timeliness. I have changed my review to 5 stars. My lasik procedure went well. My vision has greatly improved and my recovery went as planned. However, every visit at their Sugar Land office has taken an excessive amount of time. I have always had to wait a minimum of 45 minutes before seeing the doctor. I could maybe understand if it was later in the day but I don't see how you get this far behind by 10 am.

This is my brother who took the lasik eye surgery and I was there with him as his interpreter. We've been the clinic for 4 times and each time we felt it very professional, helpful and comfortable. Jerri was an excellent consultant without doubt. Through her patience and high efficiency, we made the appointment for my brother's surgery the week after the consultation. Also, Jerri provided very comprehensive and thoughtful schedule and financial plan. The pre-op, surgery, post-op dates are close and we picked the afternoon time. The staff was polite and kind as always. We also saw Dr. Khokhar and Dr. Jafri for several times, which gave my brother a lot of relief and confidence. I watched the whole process of the lasik surgery outside the operation room through live TV and it was amazing! Also I could heard Dr. Khokhar and the nurse said "good, good job" all the time during the procedure. The surgery is perfect as the doctor said and we can absolutely feel it. We really appreciate everyone here and highly recommend to everyone who would like to live without the glasses or contacts!

Dear Clinic, I had an appointment at 4:00 PM, but we had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to see the doctor. I do not understand why the appointment was given if we had to wait so long. Also, I was waiting with my two small children, and it was very difficult for us. I think this was not good service, and I kindly ask you to improve this in the future.

My son has autism with speech delay. The staff starting with the receptionists into the room all are super amazing very polite.Dr. Tran was amazing very helpful And had so much patience towards my son. They all are amazing each and everyone of them specially the staff that had to interact with him. They totally exceeded my expectations That I had because I was a bit nervous because of my sons condition. Totally recommend them
