Dr was amazing. Very kind and attentive. Saved my son from vision problems on a SUNDAY! Staff isn't great. Doesn't answer phone, or even speak to the person in front of them (one girl anyway)or return calls! Sad

Oasis Dry Eye completely changed the way I think about dry eye treatment. They use advanced technology that feels way ahead of its time, but what really stood out was their personalized cocktail approach. They combined different treatments to target exactly what I needed. I've tried a lot of things in the past that didn't help much, but this actually made a difference. The team really knows what they're doing, and it shows.

Many people have heard the saying, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression". This is so true and once you have seen something, it stays with you. The Oasis Center upon entering, is aesthetically pleasing, with nice white flooring and a beautiful aquarium, truly gives a modern peaceful vibe. All the reviews seem to be great, so my expectations were that of what I had read in the reviews. As I waited to speak to someone in the exam room, I noticed long black hair all over the white floors. This immediately shattered the peaceful vibe that I mentioned earlier and then my focused turned to sanitation. This became a concern and one would think this would be a priority especially, when you are in the business of medical wellness. BIG NO for me and a NO GO on any future visits! No excuse for this and any attempt would be mute. Unbelievable, and unacceptably nasty and gross.

This place is hands down one of the best med spas. From the exceptional customer service, cleanliness of the facility, extremely professional staff...this place deserves more than 5 stars and it certainly will not disappoint!! Itzel has performed multiple injections and is informative, kind, and very, very helpful in suggesting treatments with no pressure at all. I have a monthly membership that helps me save on many services. This place is a gem and I will definitely keep coming back to Oasis med spa!!!

Chronic dry eyes occur repeatedly, day in and day out, and I've suffered far too long in life. Dr Faheem Inayatali has invested the time and resources to build an Oasis for Eye Health in Sugarland. If you are like me and have gone from doctor to doctor and spent money on ineffective treatments, I assure you that you will stop searching after you meet Dr Faheem, Estefani and the rest of the staff. I am so grateful that the Dry Eye & Specialty Center opened with the most advanced equipment in eye technology to diagnose the source of all my eye and eyelid health issues. After determining the various culprits, the Dry Eye Center has all the latest treatments that are bringing me so much relief in life. When I say relief in life, my condition was so indescribably miserable that depression and despair became symptoms. Days are brighter thanks to the results I've received from the Dry Eye & Specialty Center!

Update 1: I appreciate the Doctor calling me and concerned about my last appointment and checking if they can do anything about the experience. Followed by, the receptionist called me few times to schedule a complimentary appointment for same facial or another. I will try another service and provide a second update. For now, I updated my rating and notes because I appreciate when someone is running a business just not for revenue but also makes sure customer is satisfied. Went there for a laser and she said it may not be effective for me and instead sold me a HydraFacial. Charged upfront $35 for a secure slot and the remaining balance to be paid later. When I scheduled over the phone, she said it would take over 1&1/2 hr and would include exfoliation, massage, and mask. However, when I went to the center, she was done in 45 mins and only included exfoliation. I told her it was an upcoming event. I was charged $115.00 as the remaining balance. Also, there's an additional charge on CC, so you must be ready to pay or have cash/ debit card ready. Phew... I would rather get $50 facial done and would be satisfied. After 2 days, I had a big breakout on my cheek and had to be in the event with a pimple patch, which was awful and lowered my self-confidence. I would NEVER go again, even if they do for FREE.

The treatments have been life changing for me! 10/10 recommend. I found Dr Faheem and his team after being diagnosed with ocular rosacea and MGD and feeling at a dead end after seeing another Dr. Dr Faheem took his time and came up with an individualized care plan for me. After having a baby last year, i received an edible arrangement from his clinic while post partum. no other doctor would go above and beyond like he does!

I deleted my 1 star post and replaced it with 5 star. Dr Faheem is one of the outstanding doctors I have ever encountered because he goes above and beyond his medical profession just to take care of his patients. Thank you Dr Faheem for addressing the problem right away and taking care of my son's eye condition even if it meant setting aside your own personal endeavor. I appreciate your sincerity and dedication with your profession.
