I just had the best experience at Pearle Vision in Sugar Land. I have been going to Dr. Conrad for three years. Dr. Conrad is very professional, patient and thoroughly explained everything to me about my vision. Adriana was very kind and helpful in explaining the whole process to me about my reading glasses. Even though I moved to Houston, I still drive to the Pearle Vision in Sugar Land because of the superior service I receive there! I highly recommend this location for your eye exams.

This place is great. The eyeglasses, employees, and the quality is over the top. The only thing stopping them from being a 5 Stars is the date promises. Sometimes the glasses would be a bit late but other than that it is good. That's why I give this place 4 Stars .

It's extremely funny to see a comment below saying a new glasses order was required more than 5 months wait lol
I waited for my glasses for 1 month which is not too terrible. What actually upset me was my call wasn't answered during this month. I made more than 10 calls and left message. There was NO RESPONSE. I was like - is this placed closed permanently? Then I received a text saying my glasses is ready to pickup from 10 am to afternoon. However, the place wasn't opened until 11 am which is ridiculous.

My family have been going here for YEARS and the staff and excellent service never changed. Dr. Tan is super nice, patient and understanding. She will answer all your questions and have a way of making you feel comfortable in a doctor's office. The friendly staff members will help you any way they can. I can trust them to be honest which glasses will look good for my face every time.
