Vision Source - Sugar Land

This place is by far one of the best places to get glasses. The optometrist here is very accurate at measuring your eye prescriptions, and their prescription glasses are of good quality. They are always clear and stay clean longer than at any other places I went to before.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the service that Dr. Ngyen gives when you're in her office. I walked in for my appointment and immediately was taken back to start testing; I did not even seat down! And always the Doctor comes in and her soft-spoken pleasant voice just calms you down if you have any anxiety as I do when I'm about to get my eyes dilated (hate it). I have worked in customer service for over 30 yrs and I know good service. Keep up the good work and don't change a thing.

First time visiting and it was fine. Just came in for a pair of new glasses. Everyone was friendly enough and helpful, except the girl at the front desk in the middle(Mel?) She was too busy being on her phone the both visits I made. I asked for help and she was visibly annoyed and not engaging at all and went back to her phone.When i came in to pick up my glasses, one of her co-workers had to call her name to get off the phone and look up to help a customer who was waiting for help. They need to have a conversation with her on not being on the phone when working the front desk not professional.

I was able to get an appointment quickly, and Dr. Nguyen took the time to thoroughly examine my eyes and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. The office had a great selection of frames, and I found a stylish pair that I absolutely love! The whole experience, from the appointment to picking out new frames, was seamless. Dr. Kay P. Nguyen, OD was extremely awesome! I went in for a eye examination, not only was she friendly but her work ethics are impeccable! Her entire staff was friendly especially Erica. Erica was extremely knowledgeable and was detailed oriented. She has great office skills! The whole entire visit was extremely pleasant! I highly recommend this Vision Source when needing a eye exam. I've been coming to Vision Source for many years now (over 15 years). In fact my whole family has been seen by Dr. Kay Nguyen and staff. We've had an excellent experience over the years of having our eyes cared for by Dr. Nguyen. She and her staff are friendly, courteous and professional.

Dr. Kay Nguyen is the best. After losing my long time optometrist, I tried a couple of doctors and were not very happy with them. Then I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Nguyen in November of 2021. She is very soft spoken, listened to my concerns/issues and was able to correct my sight. She doesn't try to rush me or make me feel like just another number. IMO She is very meticulous and extremely good at what you can expect when asking for the best eye care.
