Dr. Mak is exceptional! She is patient and kind, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything to both me and my mom during her annual eye exams. It's a bonus that she speaks Cantonese, which helps my mom understand everything clearly. Dr. Mak is always professional and ensures we have all our questions answered before making any decisions. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking an optometrist in the Sugar Land area and would gladly refer her to family and friends.

Wow! Walking into the office, I was immediately welcomed and greeted by the smiles from the friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, and even took time to clarify any questions I had before the exam. Being new to insurance, I had a lot of questions regarding my benefits, but the staff was able to clearly explain them to me. During my eye exam, Dr. Jenny Mak was very thorough, patient, and took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. I am very pleased with the service here and would definitely come back in the future. I have already recommended this place to many of my friends and family, and now y'all!

Quick and friendly service on my eye exam and glasses purchase. The doctor took her time and chatted with me about my vision when it wasn't all necessarily good news. Super friendly and super helpful I will most definitely be back.

Dr. Jenny always gives me the most thorough exam, she explains every aspect of my eye health in detail and we converse like family! I have moved at least 4 different times closer to other locations but I will always come back to her!

They got an extremely rude front desk lady who is just giving attitude to you when you try to ask questions. Honestly I've never seen a rude front desk receptionist like here before. When she check out for you, be very carefully to check your bill because she is quite careless when doing the number and sometimes include extra charge on your bill that make you over pay. The exam itself is very very rush. I have never done eye exams so fast. When the doctor said we are done and proceed with the subscription, I was very shocked and like "finish?". Their examination equipment seems out-of-dates. It is like visiting a vision store like 20 years ago. Frames are way overpriced. Google the exact same frame on Amazon and you will find their retail price is like 3X or even more. So even with your insurance kick in, you pay more. Overall, after spending couple of hundreds on a new glasses that cannot wear comfortably, I went to somewhere else, paid out of pocket as I already used the insurance for the calendar year. Please do yourself a favor and avoid them. This store is located in one of the busy plaza in Sugar Land area (close to H-mart) but their service and products are just horrible. My experience may be biased, but just read other google reviews or yelp reviews on this store and you will get a better idea. There are TONS of much better stores in this area. I feel that even Costco frame/glasses is better than them.

Dr. Mak was so great! She worked and is still working with me to assure my contacts work as well as possible for me since I've had problems in the past. The two ladies at the front desk were also very helpful and welcoming. They helped me make decisions regarding my insurance options and I would definitely recommend this business.

Dr. Jenny Mak is a very good eye doctor: careful, thoughtful, and paying attentions on details. I have seen her for more than 10 years and enjoy every visit with her.
