Dr. H. Patel is wonderful! Very knowledgeable and interested in me as a person experiencing cataract surgery. He is very professional, but personable and likable. I will be happy to go to him for my eye care needs in the future! His staff were very nice and efficient also!

Dr. Stone was great. Very thorough and explained things well. When I went to pay the front desk told me it was $250. I told them that couldn't be right because my copay was only $25 plus the $45 for the dilation. She said she didn't know why, that was just what it said. I paid and went to the waiting room in shock and then went back to the desk to ask for an itemized bill. They said hey weren't able to print it out until they sent it to the insurance and the couldn't email it so they would have to mail it. Then a different lady told me that I have vision insurance and they only take medical insurance so that's why it wasn't covered. I told them it would have been nice if they had told me that when they took my insurance info when I made my appointment. Liked Dr. Stone but will definitely not be going back.

We went in after trying to get in touch by phone since 7.35am on Monday and continued to get answering machine so we decided to just go in because we were going to either see someone at Eye Associates or go to the ER. with Harold having eye pain since Sat. afternoon. We were told we would be fit in with the appointments, we told the receptionist that he had been in pain since sat. afternoon and we still had to wait. We had no problem with the examination, Dr Stone is exceptional great at answering all of questions and concerns. We arrived at the office a little after 8:15am and we were still waiting to see the Dr at 9:15am. We have waited in a room for well over an hour while the Dr. took care of an emergency. We would have thought Harold should have been treated like an emergency. His eye was swollen and red, he had to keep a wet cloth over his eye just to get some relief. Like I said Dr Stone is an exceptional Dr.

I'm so pleased to have found Eye Associates of Central Texas right here in my little town of Taylor. It's awesome to find an outstanding specialized service provider that has all the friendly professional caring competent caliber of doctors and staff you might expect to only find serving consumers in a larger city. I have great confidence in the abilities of Eye Associates of Central Texas and hope my neighbors here in Taylor are fortunate to trust them as I do.

I was seen by Dr. Kittleman. I was scared to come to the office because of the reviews. I'm so glad I did. They were very helpful answering my questions when I needed to make an appointment. The visit, everyone was friendly and polite. The doctor seemed very rushed but there were many patients there to be seen so it's very understandable. No different than most doctors I have used before. He really checked my eye and made sure everything was looking okay without recommending surgery right away. He prescribed medicine that my insurance didn't cover. The ladies there called me and told me to print off a coupon from Goodrx.com to get it affordable. I highly recommend this place!!!!

Dr. Stone and his associates were very friendly, and thorough! I just moved to Taylor, so this was my first experience here. I will be coming back!
