America's best was my 3rd stop. Didn't find anything I liked at the first two. Found frames I liked quick. People are super nice and helpful. Izzy treated us nice and was very professional, yet bubbly and happy to help us. Customer service is so lacking today, but not at this store. I'm glad I stumbled across them.

I have been coming here for a few years now and this was one of the best visit. Dr Lho took time listen to my issue and let me explain all the way and spent the time listening and understanding what my issue is and what can be done to improve the problem. He gave me 2 RX to help me with work and everyday. Which I am appreciative of. Rachel was so nice and patient with helping me.

I had a great experience at America's Best in Temple, TX thanks to Izzy and Maggie. They really took the time to figure out the issue I was having with my eyeglasses. I was noticing prism-like effects in daylight that seemed to be coming from the frames, and they were patient and thorough in helping diagnose and address it. It's clear they care about their customers and want to get things right. I appreciate their professionalism and help!

I went to pick up my son's glasses. The receptionist told me to have a seat while she got someone to help me. I wait for 30 minutes without any employee asking me how can they help me . One employee was sitting on top of the desk talking to her coworkers. They only acknowledged me when I got up and told them I need to pick up my son' s glasses. This happened in the temple , Texas location. I don't recommend this place because they take their sweet time to help you . What is the point of making an appointment if they don't see you at the time of your appointment. Always running late and they don't apologize. So disorganized that the employees don't know what they are doing .

Rachel is the best optician I have ever had in 35 years of wearing glasses. She not only helped me pick out frames my wife liked but she also helped me find sunglasses that I liked and work with my prescription! She was personable and professional that made buying glasses easy.
