Wildflower Vision

Tried to go to my apt I scheduled over a month ago. When I got there they said the doctor wasn't there today. They said they called me but I have no missed calls, but I did recieve a text saying "We look forward to seeing you today @ 11AM." Then they want me to rebook another month out? No apologies, no trying to make it right, just a waste of gas, time, and money. Will not being going back.

I called last week trying to find out approximately how much it would cost for my 8 year old to get basic glasses. I explained I would be paying out of pocket, and I have already done business at this location in the past and was wondering if it would cost around the same. I was told that I couldn't be told anything and that I would have to come in and talk to the optometrist. I asked if that would cost me to ask the optometrist. The receptionist got mad scolded me like a child and threatened to hang up on me. I asked her, "can you please transfer me to someone else". Several moments later the optometrist came on and gave me a ball park answer. Several days have passed now. I have had time to think of the way I was treated by this location. I have made a appt for all my kids now, at Americas Best. I will not be treated like trash and given attitude like I was given, and then give my money to you guys. Your receptionist has lost the business of my family. That's not how you keep clients. Goodbye Wildflower!

Kristen was the absolute best! I went to Belton Vision back in January and got contacts for the first time and basically did not have the best experience there and have not been able to wear my contacts since then - I went to Wildflower on Friday 2.13.26 & while I was in there and talking to her about everything going on, she told me to come in Tuesday 2.17.26 & she would help me with putting in my contacts & she went above and beyond!! I seriously could not thank her enough - she was so kind and patient with me & I just had an overall better experience there! Thank you again Kristen!!! :)

I was needing an eye appointment and Mackenzie was so helpful. She worked around my busy schedule and got me in. She made sure my insurance was going to be accepted and that I will get the type of exam my doctor requires. If you need anything, be sure to give her a call. She is very pleasant and professional!

I got new insurance and had questions so decided to stop in. There was a few people inside being taken care of but I was still greeted with smiles. Mackenzie was the one who helped me and she was so kind and patient and answered all of my questions without rushing through. I will for sure be back to see her!!

Went in for an eye exam and was promptly waited on. Eye exam was done very well and proficient by assistant and the eye doctor. Afterwards McKenzie and Robbie were very courteous and professional showing different frames and proceeded to finish the eye exam. Nice and friendly staff, would recommend their eye services.

I just had to call to find out about my coverage and I got more answers in a faster amount of time than even my insurance gave me. I spoke with a young lady named MaKenzie and she was the first person who actually seemed like she had any knowledge about what I was asking. Thank you MaKenzie! I just might be seeing you soon.

Insurance is already expensive enough, upon checking into my annual exam yesterday I was informed I had a $39 copay and to sign my patient privacy. I paid it thinking my wife did change our coverage to a higher plan. But found out later that it was for a Retina exam and not a copay. My wife called today and the lady was rude saying I pretty much lied. I then called myself and was informed that the manager will be contacting me concerning the matter. No call back so I called again and was told that the manager did read my message earlier this morning but provide no response. I could honestly care less about $40 but what I do care about is integrity with care; if I can't trust you to properly inform me of costs I definitely can't trust you to provide me the best cost effective care. I will make sure that others know and spread the word. Beware.
