Fowler Eye Care

Exam was quick and the team works great together. Got my glasses the next week!!

Have been going to Fowler eye care since 5th grade and always loved them, the past 2 years have been ridiculous! I was moved to a new doctor that works there and she didn't give much information about anything. I stuck with them because I knew they would treat me well (so I thought) the past year I have been going in getting my eyes checked for glaucoma. At first appointment I was told to come back in 6 months and they would check my pressures again and run more test. Great! 6 months comes around and I show up for my appointment and they ask me why I'm there. They sat me in the back for almost an hour as they were trying to find out why I had an appointment because it wasn't in the notes. Once that was figured out they checked my pressures which were still high and ran some x rays. The doctor came and told me my corneas were thick that my eye pressure was normal for thick corneas. Awesome I believed her! Went through out my day happy I was healthy. Went to another appointment thinking it was a contact fitting get all the way to the back and the assistant says she was going to put drops in my eye and thank goodness I asked what drops they were because she replied with " we are dilating your eyes today to check for glaucoma". Ummm I wasn't aware of this that was about to be done on me and if I wouldn't have asked I wouldn't have known?! I let them know they had already gave me a diagnosis and that my corneas were thick and she said they had NO record of it. But they charged my insurance. That was my LAST day seeing them. Went to a new eye doctor to find out that I now have damage to my eyes from early on set glaucoma at the age of 24 and that I should have started treated along time ago. If you know anything about glaucoma you know you can go blind from it. The doctors there took a YEAR to not even diagnose me. To a doctor that was able to diagnose me in 15 minutes and no eye dilation, no wait 6 months for more damage done, no we lost your files.

i made a appointment for my 14 year old to get contacts 7/9/25 and we showed up the front desk staff was friendly but when we got called back the aide was very rude when we went to do the usual tests, she acted like she didn't want to wait on us. When we went to the room for the exam she acted like my son wasn't telling the truth on what he could see from the vision chart. When she went to clean the eye machine she looked at me and swirled her nose up at me like i was disgusting. I have a low self esteem anyway and she really put the cherry on top. When we went to sit down to get the contacts ordered they said that they didn't fit him for contacts and it would be $50 for the fee. i told them when i made the appointment that's what we was coming in for. I WILL not being going back and i will not be referring anyone to them.

Dr. And nurse are fast and friendly. Front desk staff is not. Also The lens side; has taken lessons from the receptionist at front desk evidently. Never once did anyone tell me they would be right with me; never once did anyone say, please check in to the dr.s receptionist(which I was avoiding because of the PMS attitude) So after I realized I was supposed to check in ant the front desk; and the paperwork was turned into the glasses department, I never once had anyone to come wait on me. I was the only customer in at that time. The other 2 had left. I will take my business elsewhere. They've had me for 25 years anyway. Guess it's time.

I hate to say anything buti had a pair glasses to be fit. It was Wednesday morning they called said they where ready. So I said I'd come in after lunch. When I got there no one's in oarking lot or inside except secretary at desk . Said for me to sit over at the sits to be fitted well this girl comes from back and does not sit down or anything handed me my glasses and I took my old ones off put on new ones the girl never asked me any questions. And turned and walked off. I just felt they didn't give one whoot about it. I've had Eye doctors assistance helps out majes sure they fit and I have any problem. Not there!

Have waited over a month for the glasses I ordered. Staff not helpful, don't appear to care that I paid up front $270 and cannot get a refund either. Don't waste your time or money I'd post no stars at all if possible

After my eye doctor of 20 years retired I had to find a new one. A friend recommended Dr. Glass at Fowler eye care and I am very pleased. The office is clean and nice, staff is very helpful, and Dr. Glass does a good job of getting you what you need at a fast pace. Highly recommend.

They are the greatest people here. Someone suggested them to me and it has been a great experience. Have great glasses suggestions. Get you in and out pretty quick. Are so helpful and explain everything they do and Dr Glass explains everything as well. I highly recommend them.. I have been to others but this Fowlers Eye Care are so great they are the only ones I will go to!!!
