Christi was exceptionally patient and attentive while helping me select my frames. I have struggled my entire life to find the right frames, but she took the time to thoughtfully guide me through the process. Christi brought out each pair for me to try on, offered helpful advice on every style, and thoroughly explained the specials available for each option. We tried on a wide variety of styles, and she made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I genuinely lost track of time because she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed in the office. I left feeling confident in my choice, truly loving my new glasses, and completely happy and satisfied with the experience.

The entire staff was very kind, and after getting off work early, they made arrange arrangements to go ahead and see me sooner than my appointment. A big ups to them for that.. the optometrist was great and he was very comical. But I like most that he was informative and he paid attention to my eye care. Definitely five stars for me

Love the staff, so very friendly and helpful. There was a computer error finding my previous visit and prescription and they did not stop until we figured it out. They thoroughly explained what my insurance covered and my exam went smooth and quick. I met with the doctor virtually and that was different, I felt just as informed as if he was standing in front of me. Great selection of frames to choose from. I was well taken care of!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here! We brought in our two toddlers to tag along and the staff were so kind and gracious with us and them while we navigated our exams and picking frames. Great service overall!
