I had an absolutely outstanding experience at LensCrafters, and it was all thanks to Myles and Kevin. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed, valued, and completely taken care of. Myles was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain all my options in detail without ever making me feel rushed. He really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect frames that matched my style and comfort. His professionalism and confidence made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Kevin was just as impressive. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything fit perfectly and that I was 100% satisfied before leaving. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer experience, and it shows in the way he communicates and handles every detail with precision. Together, they made what could have been a routine errand into a top-tier experience. Their teamwork, expertise, and customer service were truly next level. Had a great experience at LensCrafters. The staff was friendly, patient, and really helpful from start to finish. The eye exam was thorough, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and they helped me find frames that fit both my style and budget. My glasses were ready quickly and the quality is excellent. Overall, super professional service and a smooth experience -- highly recommend this location.

Just wanted to stop by and give credit to the boys, no my bad, the men in there i think there name was Kevo maybe Kevin nd myles or mylesito. They helped me pick my sister in law some amazing Good looking versace sunglasses. Was in and out of there in about 10 min was also in a rush and the men did there thing. Thank u so much they both deserve a bonus or a raise ! Very friendly, very detailing & felt like i was hanging out w my old buddies back in cali. I'll be coming back here again !

Took my nephew to get his prescription and new glasses... the optometrist side went well but when it was time to get glasses is where it went down hill. The guy helping was David ( I believe) and not sure how long he has been working there but he is not very professional/ is rude and a little emotional for some reason. When the final price was given I told my nephew I thought it was extremely high even with that price being after insurance and a discount code and suggested he do some price comparison at other places. I asked for a printout because I wanted a break down of the cost that was not explained to us , just the final cost. I too wear glasses for the past 30 years and have always chose what I wanted as in add ons to my glasses, so I know prices can fluctuate depending on additional options . David emailed it and we opened it up and as I was looking at it I told my nephew well they are in the business to make money but I think we can find a better price. Emotional David took it personal and a few words were exchanged between us and he ended up calling the manager over and said something to the effect of this guy thinks I'm ripping him off I responded with that's not what I said, I said it's a business and the are in the business to make money and we should probably shop around. Told the manager I just wanted to see what we were being charged because we weren't asked any questions or given any options on what we wanted included, just a final price. The manager (forgot his name) explained we have packages added to when you buy glasses from us. I said ok atleast you are telling details and emotional David over there just getting butthurt about things like we aren't supposed to ask questions to determine if we want to do business with LensCrafters or not. Anyway the manager did a great job of breaking things down and we ended up $100 cheaper than we started with Emotional David. I'd stay away from this place unless Emotional David calls in sick or gets fired LOL

Karla went above and beyond to make sure we walked out completely satisfied, and because of her, this experience stood out in the best way possible. LensCrafters has earned our trust, and this is officially the only place we'll be going for our glasses. If you value quality, professionalism, and outstanding customer service, this is the place to go. Highly recommended without hesitation.

David provided exceptionally outstanding customer service with a warm welcoming smile and great personality that shines bright as the stars. His demeanor brightened my day. He's always this way every time I visit his location in the Woodlands. David and his co workers are amazing and always create a memorable and fun experience Great job David!
