My husband and I have been going to the Vision works location at the Woodlands mall for years now, and are completely satisfied with the service. It was great and with the assistance of my husband and the employee, I was able to choose a very nice pair of glasses.

For what they are charging they are using third party no name brand lenses that are really cheap in quality. Both pairs of glasses I purchased the lenses had to be remade. The sign on the store door says they are open Sunday from noon to five. Needless to say when I showed up on a Sunday to pick up my glasses and the store was closed. I was going to give them a two star review but after that they are only getting one star because Google will not let me give no stars. My optometrist has looked at the lenses and said they are cheap in quality. I would not recommend this place.

I work night shift so I accidentally slept past my alarm and I was a little bit late to the appointment like 20 minutes they were super nice and understanding and I didn't have to wait long at all and in fact the whole appointment was short :)
