Stanton Optical

This was my first time at Stanton Optical, and I had a great experience from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, the staff came right up to us and asked if we needed help. I explained what I was looking for, and they got on it immediately. The girls there were very informative, patient, and never tried to push higher-priced options. I really appreciated that they listened to my needs and worked around my budget, especially since everything was coming out of pocket. That meant a lot. I highly recommend this location over the other optical places on North Navarro. The customer service truly sets them apart. I'll be bringing my whole family here from now on for contacts and eyeglasses.

The ladies who work there are awesome. Helped me when I needed and answered all my questions. Fast and have lots of frames to choose from. We recommend staton optical to anyone who needs glasses you won't be disappointed. Stanton Optical on Navarro in Victoria is thw place to go.

Haley and Stephanie did an amazing job. Stephanie helped with the eye exam to get me set up. She was very patient and very explaining when it came to the process. She was also very Helpful With any questions that I had. Haley was very helpful with The choosing of my glasses. Also, with explaining each item price and explain explaining the process of payment. She also was helpful when my daughter was getting impatient asking when we were gonna leave lol Highly recommend this place they have a great selection of Glasses and the customer service is given with excellence

I just picked up my glasses today and they girls took their time to make sure my glasses fit just right. They didn't just take my money and act like they didn't know me. The store was very busy when I got my glasses and still when I picked them up. They still took the time to make me welcomed and thanked me for my patience. They are definitely working hard.

I went to the store because my daughter had something in her eye. They explained they don't have a doctor in house that they do hybrid eye exams. Which makes since. The staff did seem concerned even though they couldn't do anything. They did recommend several other offices to try. They had a huge selection of frames and I will defiantly be going by when I'm ready to purchase glasses.

Two stars only for the doctor and reception being professional and efficient. Exam went great, glasses purchase and fitment on the other hand.. not so much. I settled on a nice pair of Ferrari frames that fit well in the store but were not fitted to my eyes which sat too close to the top edge. They recommended I wear them a while and see how I would adjust, I didn't. I decided to upgrade to a pair of Burberry premium frames on my second trip. On my third trip I received the new frames only to get the same result of unbearably wonky visuals around the edges of the frame. The manager came out after her important morning meeting and after once again suggesting I wear them because it's probably "in my head haha". After assuring her my cheap $20 pair from years ago bought from China on clearance didn't have this wonky issue, she said "plastic has better vision qualities, we can just refund you. Seems like you like your old glasses." Like, what? $150 lenses are worse visual quality than cheap plastic? It's like they just didn't want to admit they didn't measure something correctly. The worst part of all of this is the amount of time I had to take off work combined with this taking so long to resolve that my vision benefits had ended for the year so I couldn't receive that benefit elsewhere when I tried ordering from an in network online store. Hundreds of dollars down the drain. Terrible experience hopefully this helps someone else decide to make the drive to anywhere else.

The staff was very friendly. They got me in on the same day. The two women were very well mannered and handled a disgruntled customer With grace. Would definitely recommend to come again

We had a GREAT experience today! We saved a great amount of money and the service was awesome and very helpful! I do recommend them for your family eye care!
