I have been getting my prescriptions filled for glasses there for years. I have always received exllent service and quality products. My last experience has to be mind blowing . Apparently my prescription has changed possibly due to my diabetes and high blood pressure. After about 4-6 months of original prescription filled they are redoing the prescription at no charge. God bless TSO. I didn't know how I was going to be able to pay for them before I walked in the door with my new prescription.

I brought my son for an eye exam; my son has a developmental delay so appointments aren't always the smoothest. however, Dr Adcock was very patient and sweet to my son. she didn't treat him any differently. she suggested we reschedule so I can have help to complete his eye exam. they gave me flexible availability and were able to get it figured out less than a week! we got to have my in laws in the room with us, for my son's support. thank you TSO! we appreciate your patience and understanding.

The person who did my exam was amazing and informative. The sales person who was helping me with frames was nice but in a hurry because it was close to closing time. The first frames I picked out I was told I couldn't get for bifocals. She also told me I didn't have get get my frames there. I had a $500 allotment to get frames with my insurance and could get 2 frames. I went to another eyeglass place and got the exact frames I picked first at TSO and was told wouldn't work with bifocals. I bought 2 pairs from this other store. Glad I didn't settle for glasses I didn't love because of what she told me.

Best eye clinic in town. From scheduling an appointment to the exam through picking out glasses and paying, everyone was nice and helpful and treated me like a person instead of a number. During the exam Dr. Adcock took the time to go over and explain in detail the retinal imaging pictures they took without being condescending, and I very much appreciate that.
