Victoria Family Eye Care PLLC

We chose Victoria Family Eye Care & are very satisfied with our thorough exams and new lenses. Dr. Henry's office is one, of a few practices in the South Texas area, that offer NeuroLens exams and lenses. The staff there was super nice, helped me out understand more about my eye site. The inside is nice, have a great selection of glasses. The woman are fun to speak too and haven't had an issue since going since last year.

I made an appointment with these people a month ago I gave them all my insurance information and they waited till I got there today to tell me they don't accept my insurance. I don't live in Victoria I live 50 miles away. The ladies were very rude to me I guess because I didn't have the cash to pay. In my opinion they should've called me and told me they didn't accept my insurance. After the way they treated me I wouldn't trust taking my dog to this place

I've been seeing Dr. Henry since 2008 and have always been so pleased with her care and the time she takes. I recently went in and saw a different Dr. there and was just as please with her as well. The technology offered here is incredible! I had no idea some of it even existed! They are very up to date and cutting edge! Very please with all they offer, as well as courteous bedside manner, and customer service checking in and checking out!

Great experience, well maintained building, friendly service, accessible bathrooms, and a wide variety selection.

Staff is super friendly and professional. Dr Henry takes tge time to talk with her patients and recommends the best treatments. Great selection of eye wear.

Very nice experience! The doctor who saw me was amazing, such a nice gentlemen. He was easy to work with and seemed to actually care. The front desk staff as well as the young lady who assisted in the back were awesome as well, even with a full lobby. Only issue, which is big but didn't want to knock stars down because of it, was being charged $25 for having to reschedule. Wife and I went in yesterday with appointments and were there early, desk could not find member information for insurance and because of the amount of people in the lobby just came out and told us we would have to reschedule my appointment. This was at 2:22pm for my 2:30pm appointment. Called later to reschedule and she told wife, "Oh, there he is! I see him now!" So paying the $25 to reschedule was, to me, a terrible thing to have to do for something that we had no control over. There was no, "We can see you and you pay out of pocket if we can't find before you are done." option or anything, just that I had to reschedule. I wasn't going to say anything, and didn't make a deal of it when I paid but since I was sent the link to leave a review I wanted to at least be honest.

So happy we're patients at this optometrist office! My daughter & I are both patients of Dr. Kvinta and it has been a great experience every time we see him. He is thorough, conscientious, and caring, and we truly trust him to help us take complete care of our eyes. We've also been impressed by the office staff and today, my daughter was helped by Kelsey who patiently helped her learn how to put in contacts. Kelsey is so understanding & patient and really went above & beyond to make sure my daughter was able to feel confident and ready to begin wearing contact lenses. I highly recommend this practice!

Had my glasses break and was late to appointment due to accident. They were able to get me in and out with new glasses ordered in a single day. The new doctor is awesome and does an amazing job explaining and talking you through the entire process and was able to get my vision better than ever. He was awesome! The front staff and glass fitters are absolutely amazing and super helpful.
