Zoom Eyecare Victoria

Went in the middle of the day on a Saturday and was in and out of the clinic in under an hour (and I even got there early). I was taken back at the exact time of my appointment, the staff was very professional. The tech that was running the initial machines was so sweet and patient and Dr. Lin was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. For a super tiny clinic in the mall, it runs like a well oiled machine. I dont have insurance so I paid for the exam out of pocket and it was $115 flat which is not bad at all. Dr. Lin gave me my prescription printed out so I could order my glasses online bc prices of glasses in Visionworks are criminal (not the clinics fault). Will definitely be back for myself and my little one, thanks yall!

I wanted to give ZOOM a 10+ but it only accepted 5 stars!! They are great!!! From being greeted when you walk through the door, to their ability to distract you when they're fixing to shoot air in your eye to the BEST EYE DR. EVER!!! DR. STEVEN LIN!!! I've been to a number of them and he's the best in Victoria...since Dr. Bade (for those of you who remember him)!!!

Alex did a very good job of getting our insurance correct. She went above and beyond to get us set up for examination. We could not have asked for better service and she was great friendly though as well.

Just walked in on a Wednesday at 2:20 pm and was cordially greeted by 2 friendly associates. At 3:08 I was done. But I was never rushed and the exam was thorough. I've been to other eye centers but this was my best experience. Dr. Steven Lin explained more to me than any eye doctor ever has. Relaxed patient/doctor rapport. He asked me questions and cared about my response. I'll be going back.

Friendly staff and exam was quick and easy. I was scheduled for 11 am and was done by 10:55 am. I highly recommend for anyone that has a super busy schedule, they won't disappoint.

This was the best experience I've ever had at an eye doctors office they friendly, very polite. The staff was just perfect. Nicest group of people that you ever met awesome.

Dr Lin is great! He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything throughly! His office staff gets you in and out in a very expedient manner as well!
