My whole experience was amazing. When I called to make an appointment, the woman on the phone was very helpful and kind. After telling her my circumstances, the woman made sure to get me see just as soon as she could. After check in, They called me back very quickly. The woman who took me back, made sure to explain each test before we began. She was kind and very knowledgeable. Then Dr. Envani came in. He took his time, and really listened to everything I had to tell him. He went above and beyond for me. I can't say enough about how great everyone was to me. Thank you for the great care!

This place is absolutely rude! My father had an accident and it left him with a scratched eye and it was inflamed. I called asking them for an appointment as it was an emergency due to the fact that the eye could get an infection! They were "booked" and could not squeeze him in and did not even try to help. The receptionist was very ignorant and wasn't trying to help us at all. Definitely switching to somewhere more helpful

The staff and doctors have been amazing with the exam process. I highly recommend going for the eye exam only. Go elsewhere to purchase glasses and lenses. Their prices are out of control for whatever reason and they can be extremely pushy about frames and lenses. It feels like your are talking to a car salesperson.

The staff is friendly, but I wanted to give everyone a heads up. I took my frames which were purchased from Eyebuy Direct to have the lens replaced. I later discovered that my metal frames broke in the process of them trying to change the lens. I was the informed that family eye care is not responsible for any damage done to the frames, unless the frames were purchased from their store. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated, especially since I was unaware that the store does not pay for any damage done to the frames. I am uncertain if I overlooked the fine print informing me of their lens replacement policy, which if I did I do apologize. However, if you want to update your glasses, and the frames are not from their store don't bother coming here. I now have to buy a new pair of frames...... I was not expecting to have to pay an extra expense.
