COSTCO VIP VISION, LLC

Recently had made eye exam appointments at VIP for myself and my 7 y/o son and I was really pleased with the level of service I received. Dr Vibhaben Patel was very knowledgeable and thorough. She also was very patient with my son who was apprehensive (due to his age). The front staff was friendly and the while office was very clean. They also gave me a travel-sized freebie! Who doesn't love freebies?!

Dr. Patel is very quick and makes the visit go by so smoothly. Not your typical office visit, you can get you're eye exam done and not have to worry about being in the waiting area for a long period of time. The staff is very professional and not to mention they are open 7 days a week! Would definitely recommend vip services.

Everyone at this location is very nice. They are quick with your appointment and have extended hours vs. regular doctor offices. Giving 2 starts because the prescription for glasses I was given was off and I would have to pay an additional fee to be seen again. I went back to my regular oncologist and he confirmed the prescription given to me was not right for me. Would recommend coming here if you are looking for speedy service.

Came in for my eye exam on a short notice but luckily the doctor was able to see me right away AND loved the fact that she speaks SPANISH fluently! Thus I was able to bring in my parents who don't speak English and they too had a great experience! We don't have a membership so couldn't purchase glasses inside which is a bit disappointing but will surely be coming back to see her. Thinking of becoming a member tho.. Thank you so much Dr. Patel and staff!

I Costco !! Reason # 431 ... Dr.Patel I'm pretty sure that I've been wearing the wrong prescription for at least the last 3 yrs thinking that I was getting the best prescription possible for my eyes. Thanks to Dr. Patel's kind, patient, attentive nature I am feeling like I can see clearly for the first time in a long time! She took the time to ensure that she got me the best prescription possible and was able to answer all my questions about the difference between brands and contact lens solutions. She gave me lots of samples and rebates for my contact lens purchase. I highly recommend her !!

Went in the other day to get an eye exam and let me tell you I really recomend this location. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful and Dr. Patel was great she explained everything in detailed, very nice and friendly though out all my questions I had for her. Definitely will be back next yr for my exam.

Dr. Truong and Dr. Patel were great at providing vision care for our entire family. Very professional and knowledgeable, so conveniently located in Costco since we frequent shoppers there.

One of the best costumer service ever had. Dr. Plus the staff was wonderful. So helpful that the entire process was made so easy. Would def reccomend to everyone out there for any eye care services. Ameer H.
