I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in. The entire staff, from the helpful lobby attendant to the professional technicians, was focused on patient satisfaction. The three technicians who ran my eye tests were friendly and answered all my questions patiently. When meeting with the doctors (Dr. Mayo and Dr. Rosner) I appreciated that they never seemed rushed. They explained the entire cataract surgery process in easy-to-understand terms. Lastly, Kathy was exceptional in breaking down the detailed costs, making the financial aspect crystal clear. I highly recommend Dr. Mayo and his team!

Absolutely wonderful experience, from the front desk to the very last person. Everyone was so very very kind. I have to put Monica at the top. Had I been her ,I would have gotten so irritated with me, ( after making all my appointments, I had to go right back in and have her change all dates) but she was so sweet and not once even seemed the least bit upset. The staff you guys have are the best. Thank you so very very much.

Receptionist was awesome. The doctor was okay. She talked so loud that my ears hurt. It was weird. My appointment was for 2:30. I didn't get there until 2:40. They didn't bother me about being late. The place was packed. I had to wait in a smaller waiting room twice after leaving the main waiting room and didn't get to leave until 4:50! I was there for over two hours for three quick tests that added up took maybe 25 minutes to administer. They need to schedule fewer appointments around the same time. The wait time was frustrating.

Everyone was very Professional and very Helpful and everything was plainly explained Thank you to All of you for the help and kindness you provided. The Receptionist was Magnificent and the ladies doing our testing was Awesome our time was nice our appointment time was for 1:30 & 1:45 but they asked us to come earlier we got there about 11:45 and with testing and Laser surgery for both of us we were out of there by 1:25.

I was checked in right away, which was great. After getting all the exams done, I had a about a 15 minute wait, waiting for the Dr. to come and see me. It was alittle disappointing to not see the person who would tell me all about the cost!!

I had to reschedule once, so i knew the wait would be long. The staff is very nice, & the eye surgeon is very good, the only hitch was a pharmacy or Dr instructions were wrong, & my drops were for 1 eye not both. And my eye got really red, so i was set back a cpl days

This location did not value my time. After waiting nearly two hours, I still had not seen the doctor and ultimately walked out. At that point, a staff member said, "This is the doctor right here, she will be coming right in," yet no one had previously communicated this to me. The doctor did not acknowledge me or offer any explanation. I would have expected, at the very least, an apology for the excessive wait time. This location needs to recognize that patients' time is valuable. I will not be returning and will choose a provider that respects my time for future procedures. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, as I would have known about the excessive wait time.
